Sent me a damaged item. I returned it over a month ago but they have not refunded me or even responded to my emails. This website is a scam

Bought set of mats for my Hyundai EV. Rang the helpline as there are several versions of the same model (ICE/EV/Hybrid) and the agent gave me the correct references.
Ordered late Friday, arrived first thing Monday owing to Parcelforce not delivering weekends.
Nothing to complain about so 5 stars

Bought Mazda 3 car mats, took a little while (2 weeks from order date) but they were clearly genuine products, so it’s understandable.

Upon asking for updates, got very prompt responses via email.

Happy and would buy from this company again.

On 7th July (8 days ago) I ordered a set of mats for my Mazda and paid for a 24 hour delivery but as it was a Friday I was not expecting delivery until Tuesday 11th but nothing.
Checked with their chosen carrier, Parcelforce to find delivery scheduled for Wednesday, waited in all day, nothing.
Contacted Andy at Car Accessories Plus and, for some reason, the driver had said I requested a later delivery when, after he raised a complaint, he ran out of time.
Andy assured me that the mats were still on his vehicle and would be with me on Thursday.
Guess what, nothing arrived.
Since this Andy has been ignoring my emails.
Checked with Parcelforce and my mats were out for delivery today (Friday 14th), waited in all day, nothing.
Checked with Parcelforce and the driver has said I was not in and left a card - he did not, I live at the end of a no through road and the only vehicle that travelled down the road was my postie.
Now having to dispute the payment with my bank, arghh!
Second bad experience with the Stoneacre Motor Group who own this Company in two weeks, there will not be a third.
Looking for accessories, please look elsewhere.

On the official website it says that they have trunk crossbars for sale for the Vauxhall Astra K hatchback. When you go to their website you don't find anything like that. It misleads potential customers.

I ordered from Car Accessory Plus a set of car mats for a 2018 Jeep Renegade (£47,42), it said that the rubber floor mats fit models from 2014 to present.  
When I received the items, the passenger's seat mats did not have the fastening holes that were instead present on the driver's side. Using them in my car would be annoying because in absence of the holes the mat would not sit flat but stay raised from the footwell.
As a consequence, I had to ship the wrong set back and pay £12,40, and in order to get the right version I had to pay a difference of £ 22,57, for a total amount of £34,97. 
Since Car Accessory Plus already had in stock the right model for my vehicle, i.e. the one having the fastening holes on both sides, their website description was inaccurate. 
But I had to bear the consequences for this inaccuracy. I think that other sellers would have shipped the right model without charging any difference in price, because this was not my mistake or negligence.

You can often tell how good a company really is, when an order problem is encountered, and this is one of those cases. I ordered an alloy wheel for my car, which when it was delivered, it was not the one ordered. I contacted the company, and after checking, and without any fuss, they admitted the error, and apologised for the inconvenience. Andy then went out of his way to locate and obtain the correct item, and as soon as they received it, it was sent by Parcelforce 24, and it was received by me within days of informing them of the error, very well packed and a genuine item. On top of this, the wheel was a big saving on the price that I would have had to pay at my local car Dealer. Well done to Car Accessories Plus and Andy. I will certainly be recommending you and using your services in the future.

This is a scam website where your money is taken and then nothing is dispatched. I have had to get in touch with PayPal and my credit card company to get refunds as my e-mails to them asking to cancel the 2 orders and to refund me were ignored. Stay clear!

I received first class service from this company, the item arrived next day in perfect condition, I would definitely recommend them.

All round great service and you get what you ordered. If it states it fits a specific vehicle, it does. This is not your local car accessory supermarket, this is the real thing. I bought a Hyundai Tucson windshield/side window cover that fits exactly and perfectly, is good quality and delivered promptly. The only windshield cover I have ever had that actually fits properly.

Absolutely first class service and great price, even managed to get free delivery which I thought might have been snail mail but items arrived within 48 hours of ordering.

The mudflaps I bought from them were genuine items with all the correct fittings and well packaged, they kept me informed a couple of times to say my package was on its way.
