Useless

Sold our caravan back in January and after several emails it’s still on their site for sale. It’s wasting my time and potential customers too. Disappointed as they seem to take your money and that’s where it ends.

1 Year delivery Date from Preston…

1 Year delivery Date from Preston Caravans !!!!!

We ordered a new caravan at end of August, From Preston Carans, After today’s call about yet another delay in our caravan order in which your salesman told us our caravan would be with us in the jan / feb of 2022 (first quarter of 2022), as per your / mine order form. I’ve now been told this order won’t ship to July / august of 2022. Sorry but no one order’s a caravan with a one year delay, I’ll also relate this information in my reviews. This isn’t what was agreed, so now refund my £2000 deposit. (Copy passed onto our local trading standards).

Mr Ashley Lambie.

Private Seller Disadvantaged

Be careful selling your van privately through this site. As a private seller you are Not allowed to draw attention to your advert on an equal footing with trade sellers. e g. If you have a motor mover included in your price, the potential buyer will need to click twice more to reach that text. It may not seem much but makes a huge difference when your price is listed in order against vans that don't include the same value. Trade sellers can put this in Red text on the front page. Searches are limited also

Not worth the trouble or expense ...3 out of 3 reviews advise you not to bother with this site . Im not happy with the way my advert is currently being handled . No method for the seller to change anything without waiting for Admin to do your changes when they feel up to it . All by standard email and its really poor compared to Autotrader . Names and personal details are not protected .Be warned !! Im going to try to get my money back ..... If I could give this lot NOstars I would. Avoid

Very poor website to trust accurate…

Very poor website to trust accurate information about Caravan Sales. They hide behind disclaimers at the foot of the page, re:condition of caravan they are selling, then when you spend 6 hours doing a 150 mile round trip, to find a caravan is completely different to the one advertised, you have no means to review their practice and they 'duck' behind their 't & c' that they use 'stock photos' NOT accurate photos of the actual caravans. Buyer beware, there is a gross misrepresentation on the sales of the caravans advertised, and the pictures bear no resemblance to the caravans sold. When I challenged the dealer Raymond James Caravans over a dirty, damaged caravan, the got me to travel 150 miles to see, that looked new and they said was a tidy caravan, they said it was caravan finder using 'Stock Photos' and I should have read the 'small print' below! Don't trust this Company or Raymond James Caravans! They're shocking, shocking, shocking...

Not for private sellers

Got no calls from my advert which I paid £35 for. No way of logging in or checking any stats for your advert. Avoid and use eBay which I did sell my caravan with for £15.
