This company is from Valencia Spain. I bought a log burner for my house in Spain. In less than 11 months rust was evident. I emailed Carbel who said they would investigate and come back to me. They said this could be as a result of humidity or cleaning products but as the fire had only been used 3 times and not required cleaning and as I also have a Dovre fire (20 years) which was unblemished, this could not be the case. Since my reply there has been absolutely nothing. I would avoid and use a Scandinavian or UK manufactured product.

I would give it give stars but there was a little dink on the table top. It was dealt with very satisfactorily by the company though when I contacted them. I really love my new desk.

Great products and very effective customer service, impressed! Isobelle goes out of her way to ensure the customer is satisfied. Love my new stylish bedside table lamps and for an initially damaged product a replacement was offered immediately. Happy customer here :-)
