We use this company as on Keto and generally the items are good but on the last 2 occasions the jam especially has turned up with a short date. Hopefully they will sort this out or we will be looking for another supplier - but check your dates when you get your order.
Very disappointed. Have ordered off this company many times and been happy, but twice now the orders haven't turned up, one order was for £29. They won't reply to online chat, they won't reply to emails, or the phone. So sadly I'm calling my bank tomorrow to get them to get a refund for me.
I paid for the products on the 4th of November, and they sent me notification its on its way. But no tracking information or products have turned up.
Not an apology, nothing, definitely the way to lose loyal customers.
Thieves. I also wish I'd read these reviews before I purchased from this bogus company. I received an order confirmation email from these thieves but that was the last contact I have had from them. Glad I paid with paypal.

Daylight robbery. A con, do not order. I received a confirmation email but that was it. Nothing else received despite many emails and phone calls.
Wish I'd read these reviews first. Delivery was supposed to be 3-5 days, and after that I emailed the company and have had no response. No idea where my items are.
I would not even give this company one star if I could.
They sent the wrong items.
I tried to email them three times - no reply.
I tried to use their contact us form - gave a non-descript error.
I tried to phone them twice, hung on till the answerphone, left a message, no call back.
I have returned the items demanding a refund.

I have ordered weeks ago some products that trhey have not sent. I have sent several email that went unanswered, and when trying to call their helpline it says that all representatives are busy.
I used to have no issues with them months ago, but then they started using the cheaper carriers even though I paid for the more expensive ones, until they just stopped sending anything at all. I'm still trying to get my miney back from the last order I did not receive.
