Tom, not sure who you are, and first off, sorry for your experience, as I explained to my clients if there is any issue, feel free to contact us we can review your concerns and re work the re finished repaired areas to your satisfaction. Local bikes stores are in the business to sale bikes not repair carbon damages and or paint the repaired areas, so they have no authority to base their opinion on workmanship became they are not aware of the process involved, with every repair is unique and sometimes comes with challenges of how the re finishing results. So as noted feel free to contact us we can review your concerns and re work the re finished areas to your satisfaction.

Broken Bolt & Frame Crack

I broke a bolt off into the frame of my husband's carbon Specialized time trial bike, attempting to adjust the saddle height. After several bike shops in Toronto refused to touch it, I took it to Carbonwork. Anthony was able to get the bolt out, fix an associated crack in the frame, and repair cosmetic damage to the fork, all of which was barely visible after painting. The repairs were done in a week and Anthony was excellent at communicating progress throughout. I'd definitely go back again!

I had a crack in my carbon frame right…

I had a crack in my carbon frame right at the seat post. This frame was bought brand new this year and I searched and found carbon works. I dropped my bike off and was emailed the prices and length of time etc.
My bike was fixed and looks great. They put extra layers on the area that had cracked to reinforce that area. The paint job is good and for how bad my crack was I’m just happy to be riding again.
Anthony and his team are great and will try and get your bike back to you ASAP!

I had a chip in the frame of my road bike and Anthony was awesome in getting it fixed. After I sent an inquiry, Anthony sent full details around his processes, warranties and costs, making me feel very comfortable. I dropped the bike off and received countless pictures and updates through out the process. When i picked it up, it looked great and the turnaround was quick.

I hope I never damage another bike, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to bring it back to him.

Road bike repair

My Giant TCR advanced was creaking/clicking after last season and I found a 3 inch crack under a seatstay. Anthony was very fast in responding by email. Frame was patched and both seatstay's painted black to match all within the quick time-frame provided. Email updates with pics and bike scan were also provided which was helpful in confirming the rest of the frame was in good shape. Bike sounds and feels great. Great service.

Great Service, fast and trustworthy!

Service from the company is great. Black matte paint color was perfect that could not be noticed. Bike frame looks as new.
Anthony was fast in the communication and service. Great and recommend to anyone needing carbon service. He did a full scan of the frame to make sure it was 100% and sent the results the next day. Offered the options to fix the area that had an issue and delivered it back to me a few days later.

Carbon Fibre Frame Repair

While cleaning my chain, I noticed a mark on my chainstay of my Cervelo S2. After showing it to my LBS, I was told it looked quite bad. I thought I would need to replace the frame. They recommended Carbonwork as a place to repair damaged carbon fibre frames. I emailed the company with a photo and received a quick reply that they should be able to repair the damage. I was told they would need to drop it off and they would be able to analyse the frame. I dropped the frame off the next day. A day later I was sent a very detailed report of the frame analysis. (He said it was like an MRI for the frame). It was very technical but the result was there was a fracture in the chainstay. The report also scanned the entire frame and fork and the rest of the frame and fork was undamaged. He gave me several options on repairing the damage. He was able to repair the frame in about 8 days including painting the frame. The paint job was excellent. I could not see where the repair was made or the blending of the paint repair. Excellent work. After reassembling the bike and taking it for a few rides, I cannot feel any issues with the repair. In fact I had a creak in the bottom bracket area for several years and I have not heard it since. Perhaps the damage had been there a long time and only started to become visible recently.

Amazing informative service

After severing the chainstay on my carbon frame Mountainbike I emailed Anthony at CarbonWork and promptly received all the helpful information required to make a decision on required repair and associated cost.I dropped the bike off the next morning, met Anthony who explained to me the entire process of the test and repair and when I got home Anthony had already sent me a picture of the bike connected to a testing rig which determines frame integrity. The frame was repaired within 3 days of drop off and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Thanks Anthony for top notch service.

Exceptional Customer Service and Workmanship!

Exceptional Customer Service and Workmanship!

One of the seat stay of my Wilier Zero.7 had a paint chip that appears to be cosmetic. Took the bike to Anthony in the afternoon and received a full NDT report the next day. The test revealed structural damage that needs to be repaired prior to refinishing. Anthony provided 3 repair options and I went for the factory finish option that included with factory decal replacement in the matt black portion.

The repair was completed on time as promised and looks as good as new. Upon picking up the bike, as a bonus, Anthony gave me the remaining spare decals to take home.

The whole repair process is just exceptional and definitely highly recommended to those who care about their beloved rides.

I broke my seat stay on my gravel bike. After a bit of research, I decided to have the guys at CarbonWork fix it instead of replacing the frame. I’m just back from a rough gravel ride, including rocky single track. Everything held up perfectly, and it looks great. Good job guys!

Unbelievable repair!

My son recently broke the drive side carbon seat stay on his MTB ...clean break into two pieces, which we assumed was 'fatal'. However, Carbonwork was able to fix (basically completely rebuild) the damaged area and repaint it - it now looks and rides like new ...unbelievable! Anthony at Carbonwork was extremely helpful through the entire process - from initial consultation, through safety check, rebuild, and final delivery ...which took less than 2 weeks as promised. Many thanks for saving the bike!

CarbonWork Simply Top Notch!!

CarbonWork is simply top notch in both quality and service. First if I did not wait more than an hour after sending my first enquiry to Anthony, before hearing back. Then to arrange delivery and pick up of my frame was easy. There was constant communications along with photos of the entire process ( including pics posted on Instagram ).
I had been given a complete list of options right at the beginning as to what needed to be done and prices for said options. So there were no surprises with the bill when the job was completed.
As a small business owner myself I was impressed with how CarbonWork conducted themselves along the entire process. Anthony and CarbonWork has my complete confidence and admiration as a business.
P.S. my Look 675 looks amazing and I cannot wait time get out on the roads!

Carbon wheels repair....excellent!

In all my years of dealing with various companies and people, I must admit that I have never received the level of professional, informative, through and timely service that I got from Anthony Sivestri of Carbonwork. I had two carbon wheels to be fixed (Mavic tubular disc wheel and Easton tubular wheel) and both have been repaired flawlessly.
