Very impressed with customer service and experience on the whole. Found them online and entered a quick brief about our vehicle and a price we had in mind. Then couple of hours recieved a confirmation and email followed by a telephone call with an appointment for the next day to view and test drive the car. Two gentleman turned up on time and looked over our car and took it for a test drive and offered us a price we were happy with, both agreed and paid the balance in full before leaving our property with the vehicle. Very easy and quick service and would recommend them.

Professional and smooth transaction. On a higher and better level than webuyanycar.com. Offered me £100 less than online valuation whereas webuyanycar offered £1300 less. Highly recommended.

I was really nervous about an online buyer turning up and reducing the amount offered. Mark arrived and he was genuine and amazing. I'd 100% recommend the service to anyone looking to sell. With all those scams out there and the risk of handing your car over and not getting paid. This service is second to none. Amazing.

Nice lads, accepted the figure online at 9am and the car was sold for 1pm. The figure we dealt at was higher than the initial offer from we buy any car so I was happy, finance settled by them directly and the whole transaction closed off. Would recommend

I went to we buy any car who had offered slightly more online, however they reduced their offer by £650 when they looked at it. So I thought I’d give this company a try, although I had not heard of them before. I’m so glad I did. They were really fair with their offer and Mark and Jack were so polite and friendly. The whole process took less than half an hour and the best bit is that they came to my house! Will definitely use in the future when I want to sell a car quickly. Would recommend to anyone.

Very thorough, friendly and professional service. Spoke to a gentleman on the phone regarding a few questions and queries, set a date and time. The quotation was lower than the one originally stated but all with good reasoning and explanation. The transaction and exchange of necessary paperwork and monies was swift and prompt. An overall good and sound service that I would recommend to other members of the general public.

Good service. Mark who came out to value my car was very friendly and professional. Once I had agreed to the sale, they were very flexible aswell, allowing me to arrange pickup of the car to suit when I was able to collect my new car. Pleasant enough experience overall. Their major plus for me is that they come to you and the chap that comes is a nice enough fella. It just depends how you want to look at things, personally I didn’t particularly need the money I just wanted a fast, convenient way of getting rid of my car, I’d say to anyone that wants a fair price for their vehicle to avoid these type of companies tbh. They offered less than webuyanycar but in their favour they didn’t try and knock as much off their initial valuation so again it depends what matters to you. I didn’t care for webuyanycar offering exactly 50% of their online valuation and was happy to tell them to shove it and walk away whereas these people actually offered me £100 less but it was around 70% of their online valuation.
The bottom line is that under the same circumstances I would use this company again

You’re going to have to learn how to take some lite criticism with a bit more grace than that if you want to move forward as a company. At the end of the day this site is supposed to help the consumer and so I gave a perfectly honest review which culminated in me saying I’d use you again, not sure why you’ve responded the way you have.
But now that you have it’s absolutely disingenuous of you to describe the car that way. So you’re telling me you bought an insurance write off with substandard repairs? Why on earth would you do that? Are you a charity? I do hope you’re not selling such a car on? ^^ This was completely avoidable. My review was fair and honest and not particularly harsh.

The service was very smooth. They answered the phone quickly and were able to respond to my next day request. I didn't feel that they were trying to find artificial reasons to knock-down their original offer and the deductions we agreed were fair - no MOT and 1 set of keys.
The money transaction into my bank account was instant (even though it was a Saturday).
They are at present a small family business and much better to deal with than some of the larger, more notorious chains.
