Outcome not great to be honest - staff polite and friendly. I asked for an “ extension cable” for a dash cam - which I thought was what I had purchased. When I received the cable it was not an extension cable it was exactly the same cable that was already attached to the dash cam that I had originally purchased.

I contacted the shop back and explained that I had not been sent an extension cable and that I now had two cables that I could not join together. The response from the staff initially appeared helpful in that the staff member said he would see if they had a connector to join the two cables together and that he would phone me back. I received an email saying they did not have a cable connector and that I should look on eBay or Amazon for one. Thanks Car Camera Shop.

So i had attempted to buy an extension cable however I have bought a length of cable which I need with no way it appears to joint it to the original cable which is on the dash cam. I have tried eBay and Amazon without success. I am currently waiting for my 4th connector coming from China.

So bottom line: Polite and friendly staff who are not very helpful- would I shop at Car Camera Shop in the future or recommend others do so? Unfortunately Not.

The package arrived on time and is now fitted in my car as replacement fore the faulty part.

The lady I spoke to was very helpful. The camera arrived two days later. An excellent service.

Superb, very efficient from the online booking through to fitting. The fitter was polite and very knowledgeable, and a nice guy. Took a while to arrive but business is good because they are good. Fitted very quickly, took me through it, made a few adjustments and all done. I am glad I didn't have to make all the effort with wires and panels. Thank you.

Items arrived early and well packaged. No instructions included but every thing was on their site. Very easy to change just 2 small screws and small conector. Too early to say about reliability but so far so good.
Would definitely buy from them again.
There were signs that my old battery had expanded, so I'm pleased that I changed it as these have a tendency to catch fire or even explode!!
Well worth the money to change parts and peace of mind.
In the summer I will be using the capacitor due to the heat!!

The service was quick but it took two further phone calls and deliveries to get what I required. Phone service was great just internal communications poor.

I am very pleased with the cameras, but my only problem is that I have my car aerial directly above rear view mirror and it has knocked out fm radio stations

We have got an Aguri Dashcam and Grant (the installer) did an absolutely amazing job installing it so there are no wires showing. He turned up bang on time and worked very quickly and efficiently and put everything back exactly as he found it. The camera is now hard wired into the ignition and I'm so glad we paid for this rather than use the cigarette adapter method - it is all so neat and tidy and professional looking. After he finished he wiped down all the surfaces as well. Couldn't be happier!
