The sales team were very helpful, George in particular was very helpful and answered any questions and if he didn't know the answer he spoke with somebody else to get the answer. The store had a wide range of vehicles and as expected we ended up spending more than we intended. We received a fair price on our BMW part exchange.

We had a problem with the car after a couple of days but the aftercare team took the Car in and resolved the issue straight away.

Only slight compliant would be having to collect the car after the problems, bearing in mind we had only had the car three days I would have expected that they delivered it back to us.

Always hate car sales people, but have to say the woman I dealt with at the Birtley branch was different, put me at ease straight away, friendly, knowledgable, and made the experience painless and simple. Got deal I was happy with...recommend if you're looking for sound un-hassled advice

CarCraft have been fantastic with me and my experience so far had been incredibly positive. I saw my baby on the Saturday but wasn't sure because of the price. I went home and talked it over with my mum for a while, but I still had a lot of questions. I called the Enfield store and spoke to one of the managers. He allowed me to hound him with questions from 7pm on Saturday to 1pm on Sunday! The derive had been fantastic from the moment I walked on the door to when I drove my baby out! The staff are friendly and engaging, they make you feel at home and are completely honest. The finance team are also fantastic, incredibly thorough and won't allow you to sign anything until all had been explained in simple, user friendly terms. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I feel reassured that of something does go wrong, I can take it to them and all will be death with quickly, efficiently and will be covered by them (go for the three year option, it's well worth it!). All in all, I decided to go with carcraft instead of trust ford and I'm 100% certain that this was the right decision!

Whilst we are happy with our purchase, we felt we wasted a lot of time on the day by being pressured into doing the whole deal including the exchange of cars in one day. We ended up spending the best part of four hours with you when we were more than happy to exchange the cars later in the week when all the paperwork was complete. Once home we then had to wait for the Carcraft guy to arrive at our home to pick up the exchange car.
We also ended up dealing with a total of four people and would have felt more comfortable dealing with the same person throughout the process.
We came away with a car but felt the process had spoilt our day.

I found the salesman pleasant, direct but not pushy. I had every opportunity to examine the car, and arrangements were easily made to have small body marks made good a few days after our purchase.
