Amazing customer service. After 20 years in business this is the most helpful company that I have dealt with. They went above and beyond to sort out our setting up issues. You can speak to a real person and even get the same person each time if you want. How refreshing.

Unfortunately my experience with Card Comparison UK limited has not been good.
Once I had placed my order, there was a catalogue of errors and miscommunication. I am constantly having to chase to find out what was going on. Even a simple request to outline the timeline of the process and who I should be receiving information from could not be provided. The order is still not complete and its over 6 weeks later.
If you are after a new card machine, this can be handled, anything else I would go elsewhere.

Kim I am afraid I have had to ask for this review to be removed due to the content. You have requested the same information many times and this has been sent to you. Unfortunately the problems arose as you did not understand how a MID only works al remains the same just you change the back office.
I also dislike the constant calls to all concerned and saying we do not know our job when we certainly do.
This is flagged and requested removal due to untruth and threats
Saved us money!
Really good company, saved us a lot of money on our card payments and nothing was too much trouble. Gary even answering text whilst he was on holiday!
