I have already emailed to complain that the item was not sent in the gift box as advertised. I got an email back saying that this was in the photo but not with the item. Yet if you click on the item that I purchased and read the details it showed and said that the itemis gift packed. Whilst they have emailed back and send they would send me some gift wrap I decided not to bother as I have already had to purchase some gift wrap. I was not very happy so would not use again.

Secrid has produced a brilliant wallet that protects your cards and has space for notes also. It is neat, tidy and well made - something worth having for oneself and worth giving as a present to others.

No hassle ordering, item was delivered in good time and does exactly as described. The Secrid mini wallet is brilliant - It hold all of my cards securely, and a decent amount of folding cash. When I showed it to my teenage kids they all gave the same reaction...Cool. So I guess it must be good!

I was able to get a quick response from customer service after I realized there was an error when I entered my shipping address. They fixed it and my item arrived very shortly after that. Impressed with the quick processing and shipping time!

Great wallet really secure my cards have always suffered over time and now all I have to worry about is losing the wallet . I bought the largest wallet so I can get all of my bank cards in. I find the raised numbers on the cards reduces it to 5 maximum but if you have other cards with no embossing then you can have 6 maybe 7. Mtal so secure but dont stand on it it can bend reducing the space, but as it is aluminium you can bend it back out. I used to have another brands hinged wallet the lock broke, my only issue with this design id will the tabs survive me, are they durable enough that push out the cards . it is an expensive wallet.

Firat package was lost but witha quick e mail service the problem was rectified and new card holder was sent with little fuss

It's a great product, solid and easy to use with individual slots for cards and paper cash. I've a hectic lifestyle and have quite heavy, physical demands at work. The carbon case is slim, lightweight and a great design. The only drama I have is that it is a tad on the large side. Yes, I picked the large one (without thinking really) but its just under twice as large as your credit card. At about twice the width of an iPhone (4), its slim whilst keeping your cards safe. If I could buy it again, I'd get the smaller one but that's it. Bravo Ügon!!

The service was fast, delivery was within a week (with overseas shipping) and exactly what I expected.

Did a bit of research and eventually decided to spend a little bit more. I am glad I did the service was a good on the website and I received the wallet by return. Takes all my Cards (without breaking them) and cash. Good Purchase !

Very happy with my wallet, love it in fact. Just a bit annoyed that I paid £12 for it to be tracked with delivery but it wasn't, the delivery was refunded but they still should've got the order right.
