Worse service provided by this company. Have sent several emails and call to this Card Tronics to discuss removal of the ATM machine in my store, faced with nothing but stress as no one offers a service.

An absolutely horrific company. One of their ATMs retained my very elderly mother's card for no reason, and upon telephoning, she was told that her card wouldn't be returned whatever the reason for retaining it (and there wasn't one) and that she needed to get in touch with the bank that issued her card to arrange a new one and that s. Why are companies like this entrusted with people's bank cards at all?

I went to the ATM to get out my money at a petrol station and I asked for £220, it then said take your cash, but the draw was jammed the cash did not come out, it then said out of order, I went into the shell garage and they told me to ring a,number 0800 028 6923 I did they told me to raise a dispute with my bank which I'm doing, I've taken pictures of the machine, the out of order sign on it and as much as I can, I'm sat in a carpark of this petrol station no petrol no money and now having to wait for you to refund it which I need doing immediately, I've spoken to your team and got no where but excuses I'm sat in a cold car in a car park and 2 hungry kids at home screaming, my mums given me this money and I've got no where ringing the number on tye cash point, I'm now going name shame you on social media and to the ombudsman over this how you left me with no help nothing its going to press newspapers today, on social media twitter, Financial ombudsman, I will not be leaving it you left a disabled vunerable person with mental health and 2 children out of pocket £220 and you and your team does nothing to help I will do everything I can now name shame you to papers and online

Our shop cash machine spends more time being out of order then working, we wanted rid but had to jump through hoops for them to agree to end the contract, 12 months notice on a specified day which we gave, was supposed to be removed December, but nothing happened despite me chasing, eventually they rang and arranged a date in February, guess what no-one turned up, the customer helpline was less than useless, don't sign a contract as you may as well me signing your soul away as you will struggle to get rid of the bloody thing.

DO NOT SIGN A CINTRACT WITH THIS OR NCR ATM MACHINES.
for signing the contract they will come to you, make fake promises then once the contract is signed the agent will leave the job and say not my problem anymore.

I was told if the price of the transaction goes up my commission will go up as well but now they won’t as they say it’s on THE CONTRACT.

Never trust this company!
These companies have fine print which just means you are stuck with them for a cery long time (5+ years) and if you want yo exit they will impose hefty fines upon you.

I would strongly advise to get the paperwork checked by Solictors before signing anything with these scamming vultures.

Don’t trust this company. Very unprofessional. Left my property in a state without rectifying anything the promised to do.

3rd party ATMs should not exist with a poor business relationship to the banks. Having somebody wait a month over an ATM dispute by raising an investigation, which can and usually be solved in 48 hr especially when the money is showing back on there system is a joke i have had no food, gas or electric for week now my next payment is 3 week away i told them all this and i got nothing but snotty and stuck up replies from the customer service when in all reality they could of simply returned the money to the account after 48hrs THANKS UKs No1 Trusted 3rd party ATM SERVICE

Scammers... they claim and advertise to provide free cash withdrawals, but then charge you in a foreign currency which carries a 10% commission for them over the exchange rate
