Had a £50 Amazon Gift card as part of a gift but felt that it would have been better to swap for cash.
I came across Cardyard & at 1st wasn't keen on waiting for 2 weeks but had no other choice.
Had a bit of trouble due to my contact details but luckily I managed to get it all solved.
I would defiantly recommend this site

Initially I was very nervous about using this service. Selling gift cards is a horrendously risky process as you never really have any proof of where your money has gone should things go awry. Overall I am extremely happy with Cardyard, they purchased my gift card at a fair price and paid me promptly once the quarantine period (a necessity for the buyers protection) had elapsed. Will definitely be using again, highly recommended for those unwanted gift cards.

I had an unwanted Amazon voucher that I wanted to change for cash. I found this site and it was very straightforward to use. I just had a code, so they needed to go through some security checks before paying me – it all happened very smoothly and I was kept informed of progress at each stage. I recommend them highly and will certainly use them again.

I purchased a 'all for one' restaurant card from this website. I went to use it in one of the restaurants and to my absolute embarrassment, it did not work. Not one, but THREE times it was swiped and did not work each time - i was given the receipts each time to show this. It simply would not go through. When i contacted cardyard, the manager Demi, very helpfully told me the card is valid with credit on, despite me sending the receipts all saying 'void', 'void', 'void'. She then stated that i would need to post it back to her - i would need to pay for this of course, they would re-advertise it to another poor unsuspecting soul who will once again endure the embarrassment of it not working, and once they've fooled another person, ONLY THEN, will they refund me the money, TWO WEEKS after it has been sold?! Absolutely SHOCKING customer services, expect nothing less of a sham website clearly.

Just purchased £35 worth of xbox gift cards. I was skeptical at first after seeing a few negative reviews but I signed up made the purchases. The first order was for a £10 code took 1 hour worked fine second order was for a £10 and a £15 code received them within 5 mins both worked great no hassle will purchase again

Be very careful when buying gift cards from here. There are lots of scams, I purchased a £100 Amazon gift card from Cardyard to find out it had already been used. It then had to prove to Cardyard that I had not applied it to my account and not used it elsewhere. I had to get Amazon involved and fortunately for me it had been used a few days before I purchased it so they agreed to a refund after a lot of work proving it was a scam.

I had a Halfords vouchers over £150, I sold to CardYard for just a little less - I wasn't going to use it so was grateful for anything! Very wary at first, as new to this, but everything went perfect! The card was uploaded and sold within 3 weeks, the expected date did change as it didn't sell straightaway, but the funds went in my bank on the promised date! Will definitely use again if I ever have any unwanted/unsellable gift cards! Thank you

Sold a good number of unwanted giftcards and not had any issues so far! Highly recommend this service if you have any unwanted gift cards to sell, they have good rates for this kind of service and are very reliable.

I've saved a lot of money using this discounted gift card service. Once in a while a gift card code is not valid. Most of my issues with invalid codes have been with Adidas cards, in which case you contact them over chat and they refund you without hassle. Once they even proactively messaged me to say 'hey, did you use this code yet?' - to ensure I got my money's worth. Turns out the code was indeed not valid, and they refunded my money promptly.
Overall a good product, good service and a pleasant experience. Look forward to buying more cards in future :)

Great concept and so easy to use. Sold two cinema vouchers with so much ease. Slight problem with payment but totally my fault and resolved in a matter of minutes - amazing customer service experience. Looking forward to using Cardyard again.

Save a bit of money for absolutely minimal effort. Will certainly use this again!
Also the delivery process after purchasing was a few minutes (maybe even just seconds) into my inbox.
Great service, I sold my unwanted voucher and received the payment without any issues
Sold a voucher to them and payment was due 2 weeks after sale. They bought the card and it says payment will be made on March 15th in my account. Well that's been and gone and no payment or contact from them at all and obviously my gift card has been spent. So basically this is just a scam

This is my second time selling with Card Yard and unfortunately I was a victim of fraud using their service the second time round.
I listed a £50 Amazon voucher which was sold almost immediately. Unfortunately however, Card Yard contacted me once purchased stating the buyer reported the voucher as already redeemed. This was impossible as I had only scratched off and revealed the card number to list on Card Yard (nobody else had access to this information).
I challenged Card Yard on this stating that surely they had checked the balance of the card before selling on (as stated as one of their due diligence checks on their website), therefore proving the card was only redeemed after purchase. They responded they don’t carry this out for Amazon vouchers, as once redeemed you can’t sell them on (this makes you wonder why they allow the selling of Amazon vouchers in the first place when the seller is wide open to fraudulent purchases).
They claimed the buyer had sent them proof the card had not been redeemed against their account (presumably using a screenshot of the email used to purchase the card), equally they have no evidence to show the buyer hadn’t simply used the card elsewhere on another account, claimed it was redeemed and then asked for their money back.
There is literally nothing in place to stop buyers purchasing Amazon vouchers, redeeming them against a friend’s account, sending a screenshot of their own account (showing nothing has been redeemed) and then asking Card Yard for their money back - leaving you without your voucher or your money. I did raise this vulnerability with Card Yard and unsurprisingly they didn’t respond.
Card Yard were no help at all, and just said “contact Amazon”. Amazon won’t refund the money even if you still have the card, packaging etc. unless you have the original store receipt (but why would you if you have been gifted a voucher?) and in the interests of GDPR, will not disclose the email address it has been redeemed against.
So I’ve effectively lost £50 using Card Yard’s service, which I was drawn to in the hopes their platform was secure and had appropriate seller protection in place. Unfortunately however, in the instance of Amazon vouchers, there is no seller protection in place, and Card Yard are effectively relying on the goodwill of buyers to not redeem your card elsewhere and claiming it’s already used.
Therefore these vulnerabilities make it no safer than eBay, Gumtree etc. so don’t be fooled. Any fraudsters out there hoping to make easy, unchallenged money - this is it!

These guys are providing an excellent service. I was a little nervous about the process of selling vouchers but needn’t have been. The timelines were very clearly explained and payment was on time and as quoted. The rate offered I think is also very fair. I will definitely be using again.
Just gone to check the credit to my account will be honoured 2 WEEKS after I sent my voucher in, there is a new statement with a new date ESTIMATE TIME OF SALE another 2 weeks...
So misleading, website is not clear at all that I will be waiting around for someone else to buy the voucher. Clearly if the voucher is still on the books then can't have very much traffic to the site in the firs place.
What a waste of time, dont even bother spending the time making your account, sending the voucher etc

Excellent…sold a £250 E-card and received the money £215 into my account a day early. Superb.

Received a gift card that I had no use for, thought I would try and sell it on card yard. I was a little nervous at doing so with the limited reviews online and the fact this was what I consider to be a considerable amount of money (£300).
After jumping through a few hoops, sending details, photos, photo id etc everything went perfectly smoothly. Money was in my account 2 weeks after they sell the voucher exactly as explained. Great company. Will be using again.

4 Months and still not received money for a redeemed Amazon voucher. Voucher was redeemed by the buyer and then Amazon closed buyers account before they could use it. How is this my problem! Now they say buyer can claim the value from Card yard and card yard claim it from me. I already lost £400 giving you my voucher without getting money for it and now you saying you will take £400 from me too over and above? This place is a joke! AVOID

Had a few google play gift cards to get rid of, found card yard on google and was sceptical as you have to give them the card codes before you get the money.
Decided to test one as they seemed fairly legit given the reviews on here plus I found them on companies house.
Successfully sold the first and got the money in my paypal, sold the rest in one go and got all the money today.
They email you with updates so you're not just thinking some dodgy company has taken your money.
