My computer required attention and I took it to Care1 Odense. I phoned to make an appointment but was told this was not necessary as the technicians were available !
On arrival no technician was available so checked my computer in but was told that there was no guarantee it could be repaired and if it could be it would take 4-6 working days I received a technical report 24 hours later with an attached quotation Accept or decline and if one accepts I should pay the almost Kr6000 upfront I telephoned to ask why I had to pay this large amount upfront when there was no guarantee that the computer could be repaired and was told that the amount would be refunded after 28 days if the computer could not be repaired
I declined the offer and went to collect my computer all to face with another account of Kr400 before they would hand over my computer This was not explained to me the day I handed my computer in at all This definitely appears to be sharp practice ! I will not be using this business EVER again Needless ti say I had to pay the Kr400 and found another PC repair company in Odense who knew exactly what the problem was and repaired the computer within 2 hours No upfront or callous charges were involved.

As an authorized service provider we are obligated to follow Apple guidelines, and in this case is meant that payment was required for display change due to error found in the product.
As accepted when handing in the product there is a fee for axamination of the product.

I just paid DKK 250 for 1Care looking at my phone and telling me they are unable to fix it... I'm not impressed with their service.

Jeg har undersøgt sagen med vores tekniker, som har behandlet din sag.
Desværre kunne teknikeren konstatere omfattende skader på din telefon, som desværre gjorde det umuligt, at foretage gendannelse af telefonen via iTunes.
Vores bedste løsningsforslag var at sende dig et tilbud på en ombytning af telefonen, hvilket du har valgt at afslå.
Det er helt normalt procedure, at en servicesag bliver lukket med et undersøgelsesgebyr, såfremt et tilbud bliver afvist. Gebyret dækker for den tid, som teknikeren har brugt på undersøgelse og test af din telefon, samt udfærdigelse af tilbud.
Jeg håber naturligvis, at du er blevet informeret herom i butikken, hvor telefonen er indleveret.
Skulle du alligevel ønske at tage imod tilbuddet om ombytning af telefonen, er du altid velkommen til at kontakte os igen.

Never trust them again
Never trust them again, 250kr i have paid for nothing.
My phone got warm every time i used it and my camera went off in cold weather. They took my phone for 7days erased everything on it and my answer after 7days was “it is no problem with your phone and you have to pay 250kr for nothing we have done.
Hope it can be a lesson for others not to trust them.
