I left the phone for first time and the first diagnostic was not correct. In the second time i left the phone they repaired it. And now it works perfectly. Good that they only charge me one time.

Acceptable experience with some friction. Eventually turned out well.
Two different employees gave incorrect information regarding the possibility of servicing my iPhone. The phone was bought in Japan but Number1Service Denmark, Aarhus said that didn't matter as long as it's an official Apple Retailer.
The process took longer than promised. When I followed up, they replied that due to Japan origin they were unable to service the phone. So had no phone for a week without any reasons and two employees misinformed me. Sloppy.
UPDATE:
Following my review, an N1S manager took prompt action and emailed me to resolve. He apologized and had successfully escalated the service case to Apple again. I was offered a FOC temporary phone. However, the service went extremely fast since the problem was unsolvable and as a result, I returned the following day to pick up a new phone due to warranty.
Great end to a long process.

I have tried contacting you via phone, but had no luck.
First of all I´m sorry you were given misleading information.This ought not happen and we strive to avoid such incidents.
In the present case, we contacted the manufacturer, who rejected service, due to the region the was purchased.
Subsequently, we have escalated the case to the producer again.
The manufacturer has, as an absolute exception, agreed to let us send your phone to service.
During service, we can offer a loan phone, of the same brand.
I will send you this message on your email as well, with my contact data.
