My time with them was a double sided…
My time with them was a double sided blade. They were good to clients but not to staff. Refusal to give fixed days off to some staff but not others was unequal and unfair. It meant those that were not favoured had to devote their entire life to C4U. Rotas were not handed out until a Friday for the week ahead.
Staff were allowed to use their cars without the required insurance so clients who wished to go out and were unable to use publuc transport couldn't do so.
Support workers refusing to deal with DWP or tenancy issues because they "couldn't cope"
Managers going away on jollies with clients at the clients expense.
The list is endless
