Ive recently instucted Care Accountancy to do a self assessment for me. My experience so far has been positive. Rabea in particular is professional and lucid. All staff are polite i willpost another review after they have completed my task.

I have been dealing with Care Accountancy for last eight years. Never had any problem. They are available to help. Very friendly and experienced team.

I was initially their client for my ltd company accounts but then I am using their other services such as mortgages and estate planning.

Poor experience for first timers with no little knowledge. No proper explanation of how the documentation and tax calculation works and they're asking for all documentation at the last minute literally a day before the deadline in the middle of the night. The calculation was incorrect and the HMRC has to amend the calculation, therefore I didn't get the refund I was expecting. I paid £300 for a poor service, never again.

I used the services of Care Accountancy Leeds 2 years ago to prepare my end of year tax return and everything was fine. The following year I did my own tax return and received a letter from HMRC saying that CA had requested a code to work on my behalf. I called in and said that there services were not required and asked to be removed from their system. I was told that was done.

This year I have received 3 phone calls from CA and every time I have said NO and asked for my details to be removed from their database. This morning a letter arrived from HMRC saying that CA have requested a code to work on my behalf!

During my call to their Leeds office I was told that they now have new staff who must have done it by mistake. However my details should have been removed over a year ago under GDPR.

So I would not recommend them as they seem unable to follow a simple request under GDPR.
