I went to Wally ONCE they proceeded to charge me $140 5 times for one meeting. They do not have human representatives. They only respond sporadically through text and I have not gotten a resolution to my issue.I have not settled this but I will confront their dentists at my next meeting. I have tried several times to get a clear answer on why i charged for work not done. I will be taking them to court if i do not get a refund or a proper response as to why i was charged repeat with no service done.

I went to the office near 792 Lexington
I went to the office near 792 Lexington
You should make the office a bit nicer not use paper shades between patient areas
Do whitening there and provide kit not wait 3 weeks.
Cleaning was good
Not worth it
The cleanings are superficial and done in < 20 minutes. After starting My second year, suddenly they diagnosed gum disease and insisted I need deep cleaning at $80 per site and would not be able to book a cleaning until I did that. Somehow, my regular dentist told me there is no gum disease — yet they continued to insist I have it. Their entire business model is to charge you for other things. After all, how did I suddenly get gum disease when I increased the number of cleanings I got and was told I had great oral health?
Not to mention that the service was almost always bad. I was sprayed all over, suction instrument pulling on my cheek and tongue, no polish, no rinse.. I’m not even sure what they really did. One hygienist didn’t even hold the suction tool in my mouth .. everything dripping out and ruining my clothes.

Better Chairs
Better Chairs
I loved the service, it was exactly what I needed and was looking for. The staff was patient, courteous, kind and knowledgeable. However, the chairs need to be switched out to a different color maybe. I went to the Midtown East location and the particular chairs I sat in were visibly changed in color. These were white chairs that are now dark in the center. Maybe light gray chairs with a complete plastic covering?

I just wrote a stunning review yesterday about my great experience at the midtown east location with Henry, the hygienist. Can you find it?

A fantastic technician and technology that should help to improve my long term health and dental hygiene.
Not fancy, but good care
I was a little surprised when I entered the space, as it was not what I expected from a dentist's office. All of the hygienist stations were very much out in the open, with 4' tall barriers between them. It had a very utilitarian feel with so many stations in not a large space. However, everyone was extremely friendly. They talked me through what they were doing, their suggestions for my care, etc. If you are okay with no frills and rather barebones, it is for you. Personally, I will be going back, but absolutely understand it is not the place for everyone!
There wasn't along wait time
There wasn't along wait time, techs was professional, informed me of step by step process, and showed me the exrays and what was needed to be done
Professional and thorough

Wally is a game changer. I am no longer afraid of visiting the dentist, because I know exactly what needs to be taken care of, and the cost. I also get my teeth cleaned as often, as I want/ need. The staff is nice, and explains everything, in great detail. Every visit is a pleasant experience, that makes my teeth look and feel their best.
With gratitude!
I'm grateful for another wonderful experience with Wally's dental health services. Thanks to Gabriel at the Midtown East branch for his empathy with all my concerns and for being so thoughtful while performing a thorough and gentle dental cleaning. The whole team is a 5 star ⭐ experience!
With gratitude, Adriana;)
