Usually I order things online but this time I felt I needed to talk to someone.

She carefully explained the different packages and pricing. She was very sympathetic to his needs.

Very helpful, concise and efficient. Watch came next day. We set it up but it didn’t connect, so contacted Careline and very helpful lady got the technical guys to look at it and within the hour it was working. We have since had two calls to ask if everything was working ok and to make sure we were safe and happy.

Joseph was very professional
Joseph was very professional, and caring in his approach when I initially made enquiries about Care Line.
He explained everything well and in signing up there and then and Joseph saying that the equipment would be with us the following day, it was.
Easy to set up. No WiFi needed.
Filling in the personal data took a little while but it is important for my fathers wellbeing that this was done so that Care line have all the necessary information.
In plugging in the box there was an automatic link to care line and an operator came through and we tested the system. It works brilliantly
