Fab service, they moved from from a 4 bed house to a 2 bed maisonette with awkward access at the 2nd property. They made it look easy and were very fast and worked extremely hard. Competitive prices and I had a pre visit to price my job prior to my move so no extra costs on the day. Thanks for making our move as stress free as possible.

I AM WRITING THIS IN CAPS SO THAT ANYONE VIEWING THIS DOES NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I'M DEVASTATED THAT THEY ARE NOT NOW TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL MY BROKEN ITEMS, MY LOST LAPTOP, MY VALUABLE SIDE TABLE, MY BEATS HEADPHONES AND TO TOP IT ALL MY SOFA COVER. THEY TOOK THE SOFA COVER OFF TO MOVE IT AND THEN LEFT WITHOUT PUTTING IT BACK ON AND NOW IT IS GONE. THEY DON'T CARE AND SHOULD REMOVE THAT FROM THEIR NAME. I'M NOW DOWN £5K IN DAMAGES AND THEY CHARGED ME ALMOST £3K FOR THE MOVE WHICH WAS THE WORST IN MY LIFE. I CAN'T BELIEVE THE WAY THEY PACKED FRAGILE ITEMS - 5 THINGS THROWN TOGETHER, NO BUBBLE WRAP SO ITEMS SMASHED. NO CLEAR LABELLING AND THEN THEY ASK YOU TO SIGN AT THE END OF THE MOVE SAYING EVERYTHING IS THERE? AND THEN Y0U GET TOLD WHEN YOU SAY ITEMS ARE LOST THAT YOU HAVE ONLY 7 DAYS?? I CALLED THEM ABOUT MY SOFA COVER IMMEDIATELY AND THEY STILL WON'T DO ANYTHING... I'M HEARTBROKEN. SADLY THESE ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE AND SO DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I needed to move items to France in July at quite short notice, went through to quite a few people who all sort of fell away as things started getting real, BUT I found CARE REMOVALS Ltd and very last minute - even coming to our house on a Sunday to collect items, and YES they did exactly what I needed some of the requirements were way out there but they got it done and I was kept in the loop the whole trip and was always able to get hold of someone especially when I realised i had given them the wrong address in FRANCE - no problem they drove to my new address and delivered all my items in the exact same condition in which was handed to them. Whole experience was great: a video call to give an estimate helped plan for the day, and we could discuss what was going to happen. Hassan and his team were very friendly and efficient during the move, shifting our flat quickly and setting up furniture in the new place. A very good experience that took the stress out of a tough process.

I would highly recommend the team at Care Removals. Throughout our move they were professional, efficient and went the extra mile. All arrangements were made through Hassan who provided a very competitive quote via video. After a bit of back and forth he was able to accommodate a late change of dates which required the use of storage at relatively little extra expense. The team moved swiftly but with care. All boxes were marked clearly and delivered to the correct rooms. On the move-in day the team stayed late to reassemble our wardrobes and asked if we were satisfied with everything before leaving.
Hassan even popped by a few days later to collect some of the cardboard boxes and helped me move a new, large piece of furniture to our top floor - it would still be in the entrance without his help!

The team were friendly and efficient, but there was damage to my kitchen floor when they removed the fridge, whatever they covered the television in left a very sticky residue that I have been unable to remove and the kickboard at the bottom of the fridge was broken off. They also put clearly marked boxes in the wrong locations.

Care Removal did an incredible job with our move. We had lots of fragile items and they took extreme care of them.
They went above and beyond, being extremely helpful, honest and efficient. I would strongly recommend them to anyone moving!

They did the free estimate, easy to understand and no small print/ if/when... quote, kept their promises to the full. The packing in the UK was as per list provided, without me being present. Delivered in Germany within 24 hours, carried to the 4th floor ( no lift ) and made sure every item is placed to the desired spot. Reasonably priced for all such work and care. Absolutely care free relocation thanks to the brilliant team of Hassan and Care Removals staff.

We were understandably nervous about moving everything we owned from London to Galway in the west of Ireland. I used a website to effectively tender the opportunity and heard back from a number of companies.

After receiving a number of quotes (and Care Removals were not the cheapest) I contacted Care Removals and spoke to a very nice lady named Monica. She arranged for Hassan to visit our home and to provide a more detailed quote. The revised quote was quite a bit higher than the original one I was provided, primarily because I had not detailed the amount of property we would be removing - my own fault. However, as soon as I met Hassan I felt more comfortable.

We agreed our property would be collected on Monday morning to be delivered to Galway on Tuesday morning. A 24 hour turnaround was an amazing offer and this was one of our key considerations in choosing Care Removals. The other key factor was their online reviews, which are very well deserved.

On Monday morning, Hassan and colleagues arrived earlier than planed but he texted me to check if this would be ok. I was delighted. Rather than sitting around waiting for them, we were able to start our move! Everything was handled with care and they moved like lightening. They were packed up and gone in about an hour, amazing given the amount of stuff we were moving - including almost 80 boxes.

On Tuesday morning I was at the new house waiting for their arrival between 11 and 12. I got a call from Hassan to say they were making good time and would be at the house by 9am. Perfect again.

We have now unpacked almost everything, including a large number of very fragile items and we haven't encountered one damaged item so far.

I can only say I highly, highly recommend Care Removals and if you are looking for a company you can trust to deliver your property safely and on time, you should contact them before anyone else!

Excellent service, caring and friendly. Highly recommended and would use them again. Used for move of 4 bed house from Wandsworth to Dulwich in London. Move took 2 days including disassembly and assembly of furniture. Overall very pleased with the help.
