When I went to pay, the website said that if I bought a certain amount, shipping would be free. And the amount was high
But when the shipment arrived I must to pay around 17 dolars. This isn't fair; this isn't a safe and trustworthy site.

The products I received are good and I got them in a fair price and in less then three days, but I was surprised that the delivery company charged me an extra fee which is more then a half of the price of what I paid for the products. I would have perfered to recive the products later than paying a high extra money to the delivery company, but the only delivery option was express delivery. Without saying who is the delivery company and giving me some information about their fees.

My product arrived within the timeframe they said, and was packaged well for international shipping. Very pleased.

False advertising, at the top it says free shipping over $145 Canadian then I check out it says something different, need to spend over $332… This is ridiculous. A lot of the prices are cheaper here locally in Canada, like for brands like luxe. I will say they do have a large selection of European brands that are maybe not as accessible here in Canada, however, there are other retailers that offer this as well.

speedy delivery, clear communication

I ordered 4 Sensilis make up and when it arrived 1 make up was not the correct colour. Sent a message and photo showing incorrect make up in box and without any problems it was corrected by sending my ordered colour. Amazing service and I was very happy with the correct make up in up being sent almost immediately.
