SCAM SCAM SCAM

The address on their site is fake, and they never send anything! I called over 20 times with no answer. The PostNL tracking they gave me was completely fake – it’s a pure scam! I had to request a chargeback to get my money back. Avoid this criminal!

He also claimed that PostNL delivery takes around 10 days, but it’s all lies. If you call with the same number, he ignores you, and if you call with a different number, he answers – but as soon as you ask about your parcel, he hangs up. TOTAL FRAUD!

Order processing extremely slow

Order processing extremely slow, and customer service does not respond. Only when I said I would report as FRAUD something happened and they now sent the package even though I asked them to cancel and refund. Totally not acceptable, waste of time 😂
