What an amazing company Cargo Force is, a first class company who deliver your parcels/suitcase when they say that they will. Rafique is the most considerate, helpful and kind man in charge and I cannot thank him enough and his team.

They were very nice till the point they got my payment. Having promised that they would pick up the parcel from my address the next day, they delayed it by 5 days!!! Every time I called them they would have a new excuse or they would just say that the driver will come straight away but he never showed up. When my parcel finally arrived at its destination, despite assuring me that I had paid the amount in full for "door-to-door" service, their agent here demanded another 8 pounds to deliver the parcel at my address, which I ended up paying as my parcel had already been delayed for so long and I really needed all of this to end. So basically from start till the end, a very bad experience. Would not use it again and definitely not recommended, would rather pay a bit more for a professional, peace of mind service.

All in all, they were pretty good but I didn't like the fact that I had to do bank transfer instead of direct credit or debit card as they charge an astronomical surcharge...

I sent cargo from UK to India. The processing was fine but the delvery was all broken. They do nto care for the parcel it was handeled so rough that all my goods were broken, torn as they repacked it not sure why and charged 30 pound for repacking. Even after repacking the things were spread in the box as if its garbage.
Very poor handeling.

It's a bad experience as there was lot of communication gap. Despite of asking phone no., Mr. Rafique never give me any no. to talk. My all bags were open, locks were missed. And the delivery person behaved badly.

i used CargoForce a while ago to deliver some large boxes to Australia. I used them after reading other reviews and because their price and delivery schedule was very good. My only complaint is that it took an awful lot of emails and phone calls to get questions answered and all information on packing, labelling and pick up was very vague. However Fed Ex collected the next day and parcels arrived at their destination very quickly, although no contact was made to arrange delivery and it was just very fortunate that some one was in! Original quote and help given by Rafique.
