Good service - shuttle collection from CDG on time. Easy collection of car at Auto Click. Car was pristine. No problems with hire and drop off was also smooth. Would use Auto Click again. Whole experience was painless which is exactly what we wanted :)

Absolutely atrocious, probably some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Do not book a hire car through this sham of a company, you may find yourself stuck in a foreign country and having to deal with the awful human being I had to deal with.

Ruined the start of our holiday completely.

I found out on arrival at the hire car company in Italy that I had to place a £1,000 deposit to cover the excess of the hire car.

This was not clear at all during the booking process but putting that completely to one side, the individual I had to deal with when calling for assistance was appalling.

Completely rude, condescending, unhelpful and absolutely inflamed what was already a very difficult situation to be in, in a foreign with your wife and 4 young children stranded.

All he wanted to do was constantly hammer me with the sentiment that this was my fault and I didn't read the terms etc rather than helping me find a solution or taking any responsibility.

I booked with them because they were the cheapest, I got what I paid for.
If I could give zero stars I would.

I thought this was an airport pickup but it was actually a few miles and a bus trip away - no great problem though and a fairly smooth transfer/service but could have been made clearer when booking

What can I say - worked as expected, was quick and efficient and the price was superb. Overheard customer in front of me paying £160 for full cover insurance yet I got the same thing for £10 through Carhiredepot... madness.

Good, quick and easy to use. Found excellent value car hire, but don't let yourself get pressured by the hirer into taking additional insurance that you don't want. Check the car carefully, make sure they record any little scratches or marks, take a video as you go round the car.

Site is easy to navigate, with a wide choice of providers.

I found the pick up and return of my car to be quick and relatively painless. I had my own insurance before but there wasn't any feeling of being pushed into buying extras anyway. My only issue was a 2000km limit that I went over as I had the car for almost a month, so I had to pay for those kilometers. However, even with that cost added in, it was still cheaper than bigger rental agencies. I found OK Car to be just about the same as any other car rental, and I would definitely use them again.

Interrent are a very good car hire company. No hidden extras and very helpful staff, unlike easirent or green motion.

I booked my hire car about 2 months before travel for a week and this was by far the cheapest offer (£80-£100 cheaper than the next best). I was a little apprehensive before picking up the car ... a sort of too good to be true feeling but for no reason - the airport pick up was 2 mins walk across the car park from the terminal at Faro airport, staff were freindly and the car was fantastic. Will definitely book again though this site!!!

found the hire desk easy enough in Faro airport car park 4.
I arrived with my credit card having just been cancelled and my second credit card which I have never used, so I did not know the pin number.
The girl at the hire desk went through a lot of work to enable my card to be used without a pin ( don't know how it was done but it was the only way I could get the car) The paper work done I had a car, It was very clean and tidy.
At the end of the hire I returned the car In the middle of a very heavy thunder storm the guy at the desk provided me with an umbrella to unload the car and move my luggage to shelter and was very helpful with the handing back in that he just asked if the fuel level was good
( I suppose the heavy rain may have been a factor) but All in all a good service

I would always book using this company as there are no hidden costs and you get great value for money.

Everything was good about the car hire until after it was returned to Faro Airport.
Once again, Masterkings have NOT refunded my 20 euros which they took in case I used the motorway/ toll roads.

Everything went very easy and costumer service was excelent , got bran new car and clean .
