I went in to get my second car . Both times I had a good experience and I will continue to buy my vehicles through Car Hop they care about there customers and are easy to work with.

PURCHASED A CAR AND IF YOU ARE ONE DAY LATE THEY DISABLE THE STARTER SO YOU YOU CANT DRIVE IT , THEY DO NOT WORK WITH YOU FOR CRAP IF A SITUATION COMES UP. IF YOU GET PAID BI WEEKLY THEY FORCE YOU TO MAKE THREE PAYMENTS IF YOU GET THAT THIRD CHECK IN THE MONTH , TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!!! BUMPER FELL OFF AFTER TWO WEEKS TURNS OUT IT WAS ON WITH ZIP TIES! DO NOT GO HERE, I CAN NOT WAIT UNTIL MY POS IS PAID OFF!

Crystal was great! Very honest, knowledgeable, and kind. She made the experience as pleasant as possible.

I was VERY impressed. The whole staff (from manager to lot attendant) exceeded my expectations. I bought my car from the dealership on Aurora and can't thank them enough. All I can say is I take my hat off to the entire staff for a job well done!!!

I bought my 2005 Nissan Murano in 2019. My front pass hub assembly was ready to fall off. We spoke to the district manager Ryan Harvey regarding a few problems with my car. He was kind enough to cover the hub. All I had to pay was the $100.00 deductible Thanks Ryan!

Purchased a car after the 7 day return car has been a night mare . Now I have a hole in the muffler was told by the company that fixes their car doesn't do that kind of work that I would have to pay to get it done. This the tricky part im still under warranty. Then I called the finance company and was told that there is nothing they can do . Now my next step is court bunch of lemons ragadey broke down cars. They will get you with the no down payment 100$ to drive off with the piece of crap I am not feeling this at all

I have purchased a total of five vehicles from carhop. The last one I purchased because they did help me out when I needed it in the past. However this will be the last car I EVER purchase from them. 1st, THEY offered a lower % rate on the financing. This was later denied as they did not give me what they offered. Disappointed to say the least. 2nd, this vehicle has nothing but problems. The worst I’ve encountered yet. The biggest problem is I can only take it to a list of mechanics they provide and they are told to use bandaids as much as possible and have to have every penny needed approved first. My engine does not hold oil. I am constantly adding oil and leaving oil puddles everywhere I go. Even if the oil leak is covered which has to be diagnosed at a cost to me first. I would then have to take time off of work because the mechanics they use are only 9-5 shops. The one I was told I can use that is actually opened on Saturdays was conveniently removed from the list of acceptable mechanics once there were major problems found with the vehicle. The entire front suspension is shot and I have to have that replaced as the vehicle is literally unsafe to drive. It pulls hard and quick at high speeds. And when I say replaced it has to be replaced. It can not be repaired. I don’t expect the cars to be perfect but the severity of these issues are the reasons cars are gotten rid of to begin with.
Credit repair... not so much. I found out when you pay off a vehicle through carhop they do not satisfy the account, they close it. A closed account is the same as a “settled” account. It actually hurts your credit. My credit score DROPPED 82 points when I paid off the last vehicle. The main reason I will NOT be buying another vehicle from them. I have spent a long time and a lot of money repairing my credit that was damaged at no fault of my own. I trusted carhop and accepted their help when it was offered. Had I known of the full scam before hand I would have found an alternate solution. Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT buy a vehicle through them. It will do nothing but hurt you in the short AND long run. The vehicles are seriously over priced and will break as soon as your 7 day return policy expires. They are all about the mighty dollar. The sales persons will be sweet as can be and as helpful as possible getting you locked in the contract. But as soon as you need them, the finance department or service do not expect anything.

Added: also when I had the automatic payments set up I had them set up on Tuesdays Even though I’m paid on Friday’s. I did this because of holidays and such. So that there would be no risk of a missed payment. I was told this is absolutely no problem as long as I can begin making payments sooner. I agreed without hesitation. 6 months later I found out that because they never adjusted the days correctly in their system. Every payment I have made on time, without incident, on the agreed upon day... 3 DAYS LATE! And they won’t do anything about it. Really?

Liz paterson gave me great service and did everything she could to get me in the best vehicle fit for me. Great customer service.

So I bought a vehicle an 06 Jeep liberty and May 31st 2019 and I've only drove it 3 months random since I've had it over a year and a half they won't fix it I took it back 3 days after and they refused to let me trade it in they told me I was stuck with it make payments now I'm stuck with an 06 Jeep making payment after payment after payment for it to be sitting here and not running I have requested them to let me return it without anything bad to my credit but I was told no make the payments or you get a repo on your credit history they keep telling me to take it to the mechanic mechanic had it for 2 months couldn't find the problem and they refused to do anything about it except for a steal money from me using abuse me if you like being f***** over then I advise going to CarHop if you don't want to be f***** over I'd advise you to run as fast as you can to another car dealership don't mess with CarHop they will pretend to be the best people ever and screw you every minute and chance they get I wish somebody from corporate would contact me because I have been trying and trying to get answers and being told basically I'm f***** so could I get corporate to call me back

They prey on people with bad credit and then charge 3x market value for their junk vehicles. The sales staff and management pressure you into leaving a great review for them before you even leave the dealership. They sold me a 2005 trailblazer that kbbs for about 2500 for over $10000 once the payments have been made and its had nothing but problems all of which are not covered by their worthless warranty. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!

Jessica was very fast, courteous, and very polite and got things done. Talked to us about each step that was being made to get us in a vehicle. The vehicle we got is top of the line great. My favorite color to boot. Thank you for your service.

I recently purchased a vehicle on May 28th. Just this past weekend, I was relocating down from the mountains to the eastern plains here in Colorado, and on my way down the mountain, my car started shaking violently between 55-70 mph. I took the car back to the dealership this past Tuesday to explain what the issue was, and not only did they let me leave the lot the day of purchase with a car that had TERRIBLE tires, but a vehicle with horrible alignment and the shaking is caused by both control rods were broken!!! I confronted the manager about it, and she kept saying it could have been the routers, and I said no. She became very defensive about it, and when I wouldn’t back down, she said “well if I have to buy new tires, then I have to buy new tires.” ALL FOUR TIRES had a slow leak and were cracking, plus all the issues listed above, and the battery is terrible. She said that I have to bring back the battery and they’ll swap it out there.. what.. with another bad battery?? You say you inspect your vehicles when obviously the shops you take them too, the people do not deserve those jobs. And now that the control rods and tires are in, I have to pay $88 mounting fee because it was disclosed to me that “Since they bought the tires, that it was my responsibility to pick them up and take them to a shop to be mounted. Why is it MY responsibility when they sold me in an unsafe car! And it’s under warranty! This is B.S.!! I have proof of the issues on video while being inspected at the shop it’s currently at as we speak! Yes, they are paying for all the repairs, but I Should not have to be responsible for any of it! Be cautious when buying ANYTHING from them!

Carhop was great. Walked out with a car in about an hour. I would recommend.

If they had a negative zero stars they would get it from me. Sold my daughter a car that was not driveable or fixable. Got nothing but run around. It died on her in the middle if a busy rode. She just left it there for them to pick it up. It put her in dangerous positions everytime it died. Now they are sueing her. These people are nothing but thugs making money off the backs of people that already have nothing. Putting life's in danger selling useless vehicles. Shut down Bremerton Wa. Car hop. Rename it hope it's a car!

I am begging and pleading that no one falls for this scam like I and so many others. Sold me a car with bad brakes and zero engine oil.

Customer service was so slow i was on the phone for over 2 hours. And the staff did not have a clue what was going on...

Car Hop is a scam 100%. I've had transmission problems with my car since I got it, which they FAILED to mention even though I asked. Now I bring it into their certified mechanics, and they're telling me my transmission has nothing wrong with it and that I should wait. My car HAS OBVIOUS TRANSMISSION ISSUES, and they are TRYING TO STALL ME UNTIL MY WARRANTY EXPIRES. They knew I went in there with issues and money struggles, they gave me a hunk of crap car and lied about it. Now I'm screwed, so THANK YOU CAR HOP. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Carhop is nothing but a scam! They have you post a review before you leave with the vehicle, while you're still happy drunk off their bullshi** lines that seemed very trustworthy.

I bought my vehicle from them in 2019. Most of the carhop customer service people are rude and will also bullsh** you over the phone.

My car has transmission issues and is covered under their stupid warranty that the brag so hard about. The true warranty of Carhop is: The vehicle is covered under warranty until 18,000 miles or 18 months, whichever one is sooner. What they exclude out of their stupid warranty is that they'll buy high mileage parts from Barney's or any other salvage yard, not knowing if the part is good or not. The transmission didn't work after it was put in, so Carhop got another transmission sent to the shop from the same salvage yard.

I know this is factual information due to seeing paperwork, and looking at the transmission right after it's arrival at the shop.

I'm not telling anyone to not do business with Carhop, but I am advising people to look at all options from other places. If you feel like getting ripped off and disrespected by these bullsh** artists, please read every damn detail before you sign their contracts.

This company thinks they are above federal & state laws. I wanted reasonable accommodations pursuant to Americans with Disabilities Act. The rep would not provide me with reasonable accommodation such as a paper application. The rep said they don’t provide service like that to disabled individuals. Also evidently I asked too many questions the rep didn’t like it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
