I found this company's website while searching for hair products. I was excited but realized that I had to call them to make orders. After speaking with the front desk and then to Cindy who claims she is the manager, I would never do business with them. They are very crass and rude and have no manners . I will gladly go to a Chinese wholesale store than ever do business with them.
You need some customer service training, Cindy started to tell me that she has worked with the company for 20 years in a very rude way. After 20 years you have started to feel like you can do anything and talk to prospective customers any way you please. Shame on you.
