I honestly can’t get over how helpful the person behind the caris closet Instagram account was , today I was let down with a dress for Saturday and I turned to caris closet in desperate need and the person couldn’t do enough for me , replied so fast done everything they could even arranged for me to collect my dress within an hour of ordering it and even down to the quality of the dress was 100% I couldn’t recommend them enough I will defiantly be a long time customer thanks again

I have been a long time customer and I can say the service is always second to none. This shop has amazing sales and the customer service have always been quick to respond to any email I send. This week the help that I received and the lengths the staff went to was outstanding! Well done Caris closet

Shocking company to deal with along with their delivery partner GLS. Delivered my order to another address, took a week and a half to get it. Will never buy from this website again.

Worst experience I have ever had with a shop. Dirty dresses, poor quality. They destroyed the lead up to my wedding. I would never recommend this shop to anyone.

Awful experience with this company! Would never deal with them again! Ordered four navy multi way dresses for bridesmaids at my sisters wedding and they were all different shades of navy. They looked awful when they were next to each other. Had to keep RE ORDERING until we got four of the same shades - this went on for months! They even sent us a turquoise dress at one point! Cost a fortune in the end between all the additional postage fees I had to pay! No satisfaction or help from the company whatsoever! I wouldn't have bothered only for my sister loved the dress. Absolute disgrace.

I ordered off this website and I returned my item and they said that they never got it still 6 weeks later they won’t refund me still and it seems to be happening to a lot of people, stay away from this website!!! Never will I order again, scamming people and taking people’s money

Couldn’t be happier with the dress received! The girls on Instagram were so helpful and my dress came the following day, will be purchasing again!

Bought my girlfriend a dress form Caris which she loves, service was good and she loves the dress.

Total scam when it comes to refunds, sent back a package, telling me they haven’t received it when I know they have since I sent back two packages to two other retailers at the same time , each of which received the package have refunded me my money. Now they are offering me a credit note, since reading all the other reviews this is what they do to everyone, getting a refund is like getting blood from a stone. Now they are not replying to to my emails, total scam, stay away, avoid at all cost

Be very careful - if an outfit is reduced you are not entitled to a refund, only a credit note or exchange. This is not made clear on the site at all. I’ve just learnt the hard way! Dress was ok but too rigid and uncomfortable- felt way too starched and when I sat down the frills popped up!
Want to warn other customers as I feel they don’t make this clear enough on their site.
