Hi from Mick Kirk owner of Motorkeys

Hi

I'm Mick Kirk the business owner of Motorkeys Auto Locksmiths, welcome to our reviews page. Hopefully you can determine good and fake reviews by their content. A little about fake reviews and why they may be made. They can be made by competitors or friends of competitors to try give a false impression of a business, it does happen all the time. The best way to spot a fake review is they are normally one star with no explanation as to why they have left a one star review. A true one star review will have content as to why they have left the review, with reasons why they are not happy with the service provided by the business in question. Lots of recent five star ratings are also a great giveaway, these are normally made by friends and family of a business owner. My business Motorkeys ranks only 3.7 on Google over many years but we either receive five or one star, never anything in between. We also don't have a great deal of reviews despite our 18 yrs in business, people just don't think, cant be bothered or have the time to leave a review. I know this because everyone who has ever given me a bad review i have looked into via Twitter, Facebook accounts ect, it's quite amazing what you can find through Social media and a telephone number. I hope you have found this an honest and open account of my reviews experience.
