I like the provided product and service with Carl Ras company. The two big reasons. First one, product is perfect quality, of course Tormek is excellent; moreover, Carl Ras is recommended by Tormek here in Denmark. Second and the most important when I hit delivery issues, service center solved it rapidly, frankly, I was worried, because previous retailer told me solve issues with delivery company by myself. Carl Ras company service staff solved easy with respect to Me. And now I can enjoy my Tormek.
