I thought I'd purchased a set of car mats but apparently I'd only ticked and paid for the upgraded carpets.I recieved an email confirmation stating my order number and an approximate 10 working days delivery and that the company would email me when the order was shipped .Having not heard from them I emailed their contact details to ask where my order was and as I'd recieved no response 24 hours later I emailed again (twice)I received a response this morning saying my order details were not completed so I would not be receiving the car mats but I'd get a refund which may take approx five days I didn't want a refund just my car mats .I found the ordering system hard to navigate but thought as I'd received an order confirmation and my bank had been debited with the purchase price all was okay.
Very very disappointed with response from this company and the fact that I had to chase them for my order.Had they contacted me saying there was an issue with this order I would have rectified it straight away.

I'm disappointed with the quality of this car mat paid for extra quality mat I paid £70 they are the cheapest quality I have ever seen don't no how they stay in business they just don't care less about taking your money for rubbish product don't buy from them

If I can save one other person from going through what I went through with these cowboys then this review will have been worth doing!
The bootliner arrived and I was dismayed to find I'd paid £127 for a couple of square metres of cheap plastic sheeting!

The return process was also a nightmare but the absolute disgrace was that I was charged a 25% restocking/handling fee! ? This is not mentioned in the returns policy, it just states that a " reasonable handling fee" will be deducted, in whose world is 25% reasonable? I feel thoroughly cheated by this company and I am starting a small claims action to see if the courts consider 25% a "reasonable' restocking handling fee!?
Avoid at all cost!
Post script , they didn't refund me through my original payment method , they couldn't seen to find that , instead they used PayPal and I had to pay fees on an already 25% reduced refund?? You couldn't make this up !

MG HS PHEV Car Mats made incorrectly do not fit.
Disappointed the mats do not fit correctly and design detailing is poor.

1) All the sockets in he mats for the front footwell fixings are aligned East - West when they should be North - South, so cannot be fixed in place.

2) The edge binding joint is finished where it is visible and will attract more wear rather than at the other end of the footwell under the dash where it would be better?

FIX THEM YOURSELF WAS THEIR RESPONSE!

Really hard to find mats that fit my car but these are a perfect fit,,,

1st class company ,I ordered car mats for my volvo and I made a mistake with my car when the mats arrived they were the wrong size I emailed car mats got a quick reply sent some photos of the size issues and a photo of my car ,they sent me an email to print a return and they made a new set which I received today and they fit perfectly, no hassle really quick replies to emails ,very pleased would definitely use again

Cheap materials, quality is poor for their "premium" set and when you approach them about return you'll be left hanging, no customer service

I ordered mats for my new Mercedes CLA and they fit perfect and delivery was very quick. The mats are also good quality.

I received a set in June. Although we submitted the correct registration, the front mats did not fit. Despite the company admitting they had sent the wrong mats they would not exchange as we had paid extra to have them personalised. They offered 40% off a new set. I would enter the same registration, so the likelihood of them bring wrong again is high. How many
sets of the wrong size car mats do they think I need?

I ordered a set of car mats for a Volvo XC60 which arrived quickly. I found the quality to be excellent and they fitted well. I contacted CarMats UK just to ask if the driver's side mat covered sufficient area of carpet underneath the clutch pedal. Amy responded very quickly and asked me further details and asked for pics and measurements. As a result of this, a revised design of the mat was produced and fits perfectly- covering more carpet area. I was impressed Amy's fantastic customer service, professionalism and quality of work. I will always use CarMats UK and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Ordered mats for Hyundai Tuscon. Paid for their " super upgrade" and added line of "you will not be disappointed" at the basket. Well I am. Only positive is they are quite thick for heel. Otherwise very disappointed, mats are very thin and very bland for £50. Next time look elsewhere I think. Not impressed at all. Not checked yet to see if they fit, totally uninspired.

The mats arrived on time and are excellent quality and finish.
Excellent mats & fit.

Ordered a mat for the rear of a van using the van make and model. It is way too big and this company will not accept any responsibility for getting it wrong. They charge 50% restock fee if you return it. Therefore with the cost of courier you have paid for something not usable because it is not economic to return it. Never use these cowboys again.

I ordered a fully tailored boot line costing £273.99 for my brand-new Tesla Model Y.
When I came to install the liner, I ran into two problems.
Firstly, there was so much Velcro on the product, getting it in place was impossible since everywhere the liner touched it stuck. This process left the new felt-like material in my car looking like an old chewed tennis ball.
Secondly, the product just did not fit at all in more than one place. I removed the liner since I could not close the boot with the liner still in.
I called the customer service department and spoke to a very rude young woman called Amy who told me that the boot liner did fit, and that I must be doing it wrong. She told me that every car that boot liners are made for are laser scanned and so the liner does 100% fit.
To make matters worse Amy told me that if I did not take videos of the liner in place in the boot, I would not qualify for free return shipping.
I then took videos of me trying to put the liner back in, which is not easy since I had to do it with one hand and the liner stuck to everything it touched. This left my boot material looking even more chewed up.
I sent the videos to Amy, and upon receipt I was told to send the product back and that they would pay for the return shipping.
Once they had received the returned liner I received a message from her assuring me that a full refund would be in my account in no longer than 14 days.
Surprise, surprise, in 14 days the money had still not been refunded so I called and spoke to Amy. She told me that the accounts team only worked on Thursdays, and they must have missed my refund for the last two weeks. Amy promised me that she would personally contact the accounts department and that the refund would be put instantly into my PayPal account, and that it would be with me today. Close of play today the refund has still not arrived.

Fit was terrible and not at all like the image. Didn't even have the same number of headrest fittings for a back seat cover. Company advised it was a poor fit and nothing they could do so needed to return item and photos as not the actual item being sold.
14days later after confirming receipt of return and still no refund

I'm very satisfied with my purchase. My car mats looks amazing. Delivery was quick.

The only small thing, that there is this strong smell from rubber, but I believe after a while it will fade away.

Any other way I'm really happy that I ordered these car mats!
