I cannot praise these guys highly enough , Their attention to detail whilst making a more or less bespoke set of mats for my 30 year old Audi was superlative .

Brilliant service, ordered some mats with a requested logo I created. They arrived really quickly and were really nice. But me being a pain had a little issue with a real minor point which Carmats2u took seriously and made another mat adjusting the issue I had out, asked if I was happy then sent it to me very quickly. Not a lot of companies I have dealt with would do this and Carmats2u are a level above all the others. You get bespoke mats how you want them and sent really quick at an amazing price.

Excellent service. Ordered Tuesday, delivered Saturday, even with Custom logos. Perfect fit and quality.

Initial enquiry regarding which fixings to order was responded to very quickly. After ordering heavy duty rubber mats they arrived promptly. Good quality and good fit. Would recommend.

Ordered car mats for vauxhall antara 30th November. Paid £43. Sent 2 emails to chase order and as at 4th January still heard nothing.

I ordered my Mats in May and, notwithstanding 4 unanswered emails and a number of calls that also went unanswered, I am yet to receive the mats in December!

I placed my order 1st May, 2018. The company confirmed the following day that it was processing the order and, on 10th May, I was asked to confirm the template. I confirmed at the beginning of November but have yet to receive any acknowledgement of receipt of that or the following three emails that I have sent by way of chaser. I have also phoned the number on the website multiple times without any success as the phone is not picked up. I would strongly recommend that you avoid this company if its treatment as described above is a reflection of its general approach to how it deals with customers. I should mention that this submission is the first one I have written to such a website. I did advise the company not only that I was proposing to write to this site to give them time to remedy the situation, but the text of my submission.

Ordered Mats for BMW of Nov 9th and received confirmation email from them. As of yet the Mats have not been delivered(4th December) and despite several emails I have received no response back from them. Luckily paid with Paypal so have logged a case with them to try to get a refund.
Sadly, based on my experience I could not recommend dealing with Carmats2u.
Looking below i see that this issue is not uncommon and I wish I had discovered trustpilot before ordering.

I ordered car mats over 3 weeks ago and I’ve not received them, I’ve not had any email to say they’ve been despatched and I’m having no answer on social media, email or phone calls, from current experience I’d avoid using this company

Ordered a set of S Type jaguar mats on 27/08/18 after being told by carmats2u that delivery would be in 5 days. Order was placed and money taken. A confirmation email was received soon afterwards.
As of of 08/09/18 no mats have been delivered and no messages of any kind to explain the delay. Treid phoning a few times with no response. Tried emailing and got the same results. I tried messenger and actually got a response. Apparently there was a problem with logos and they would investigate.
Over 24 hours later, still no response or even any replies from further attempts to communicate via messenger. All in all a disappointing company to deal with and i would advise potential customers to go elsewhere.
Update as of 13/09/18
Some contact made on 10/09/18, assured my mats would be despatched that evening.
Since then no confirmation has been received that this has happened, no mats have appeared or any replies to my queries!
Very frustrating!!

I ordered mats and a boot liner on the 7th August, I have tried calling and emailing, with no replies, so I am going to have to ask for a refund from the card company, I suggest you don't order without having had some kind of contact before you part with any money

I am also suspicious of the good reviews posted, notice, they all come from people who only ever left one review..Hmmm, makes you think, doesn't it?

The car mats are of an excellent build quality.
Lovely trim has been stitched round the outside
Flat Velcro straps to the rear of the mats to stop them moving with the BMW fittings.
Overall very pleased

Very happy with the company. My car mats arrived one week after ordering and fitted my car exactly and of good quality and look very effectively. I would not hesitate in using this company again.

13 days since ordered, no replies to emails, phone rings and cuts off after a couple of rings, how can I get contact or my mats??????

Awful. I waited and waited for some Dodge Ram mats to arrive as a birthday present, they were supposed to be 5 working days but there was no sign of them. I sent emails asking what was happening and when was I likely to expect them. They never reply to emails. I tried phoning but the line just rings and rings or cuts off. Eventually i gave up and said I wanted a refund then and it was only when I mentioned I would take legal action if I didn't receive my refund that they got back to me. They were unbelievably rude. I was left disappointed and discusted at their customer service. I then went to carmats4u who were extremely helpful and sent me tailored mats out and delivered in 3 days and they are perfect.
STAY CLEAR OF CARMATS2U.
