Misleading

Spotted an advert for 15% off your first order plus free postage, so I went ahead and placed an order for 7 packs of treats only to discover the offer code wasn’t valid, after a quick email tithe company who came back to me 2 days later and advertised this was only valid on food and not treats, I feel this is mis advertising and very sneaky of the company, they’re probably hoping the order would just slip through. I won’t purchase from this company as they seem misleading about advertising so it makes me wonder how good the products are and what short cuts they use in manufacturing

Bought wild duck with Timothy grass the front cover on the wet pack said just that couldn't read the writing on the back but looked it up at home our dog is allergic to turkey and chicken turns out the wild duck is actually 59% Turkey and only 26% duck not happy at all will be avoiding all carnilove products labeling very misleading almost bordering on trades description act the font on the pack is so small you need a magnifying glass to read it

Very disappointed – misleading feeding guidance and poor customer service

We’ve been feeding our puppy Carnilove Salmon & Turkey since she was around five months old, following the feeding guidelines on the packaging. Despite regular vet check-ups and otherwise good health, her growth slowed dramatically — she gained only about 100 g per month for several months.

After consulting both our vet and a canine nutritionist, we discovered that the Carnilove feeding guidance provides around half the calories a growing puppy of her size actually needs.

We contacted Carnilove, which is manufactured in the Czech Republic, with full details of our concerns but unfortunately received no proper follow-up or support. This has been very disappointing and worrying, as we trusted their product and believed we were doing the right thing for our puppy.

I would strongly recommend that other puppy owners check feeding advice with their vet or a nutritionist rather than relying solely on the packaging.
