Carnival Citi is a scam Ive been playing at this casino for 2 years. Never can win over $300. Games are not rigged but they make you lose like they controlled.

Love the platform. First. Tome playing on the platform I cashed out money. It was a fast process no problems. Love the codes for free coins and they get back to you fast.

My account, even after making several purchases, was randomly and without warning locked out of all promotional codes and daily bonus. When a support agent said i could fix it by making a purchase, I purchased the $3 package that contains no SC so I got nothing. And even this did not lift the account restriction. They want to make sure you loose all of your money to the last equivalent 8 dollars of sc where you can then use promotional codes. This casino doesn’t play fair and will lock your account and ban you when you get close to redeeming. They have terrible customer support and are incredibly dishonest and shady. Terrible people that work here

Every game crashes except the games that have nothing but dead spins. The casino owner will burn in hell 100%. Casinos just steals money they have no interest in giving out cash. I beg everyone stop playing at all casinos they are killing your mindset and pockets.

The games are alright, basically typical of all casino apps. Really don't like to have to pay $25 just to get access to all the "VIP" games especially when there is nothing really special about them. Still haven't cashed out anything with them. Haven't won anything worth cashing out yet.

Carnival Citi's mainstay is video slots; while table games are available on the website as well, the are a locked element. (More about that in "VIP ACCESS", below.)
The games are exclusive, and there's quite a few to choose from.
NEON NIGHTS was my lucky game - I redeemed about $5000 from bonus game winnings alone.
Neon Nights's feature is trigged by 3 or more stars on the reels, and the initial feature is 15 games, prizes multiplied by 3. The feature is able to be re-triggered each time 2 or more stars appear during the free spins: 2 star = +10 games, 3 stars = +15 games, 4 stars = +20 games, 5 stars = +25 free games.

PAYOUTS:
My first withdrawal was for about $5000, and I had it in my bank account within 3-4 business days, delivered in 3 deposits: $2000, $2000, & $1000. [By the way, they require an I-9 to be filled out on larger redemptions.]

I definitely redeemed more from Carnival Citi than any other social casino - actually, more than all my other redemptions, combined.

WHERE THEY MISS THE MARK:
VIP ACCESS - “VIP Access” categories and their games will unlock only when a Coin Package of $24.99 or higher value is purchased.
[From their terms:
- “VIP Access” include the following categories of games: 3 Reels Slots, Table Games, Video Poker, Keno and Arcade.
- Discounted coin packages and Promotional packages will not unlock access to “VIP Categories” and games.

What rubs me the wrong way is this caveat:
"The last coin package purchased determines whether “VIP Access” games are unlocked." So, if you claim a discount, or spend less than $25, the games are locked again. To me, that is a gimmicky annoyance.

I love playing thos games i won trivia games and redeemed 25000 in play I try to play all the games but it's awesome they just keep added more fun games and winning is so easy thank you for giving out so much free coins to play with very appreciated

Hey so yeah I won a trivia for some free play which was cool but I thought it was much more than it was. I believe what I won was SC 5,000 which I thought was great until I realized that amount was equivalent to $5. Hey but I still won right.
