Terrible company to work with! Takes Months to get building, you are not asked to schedule delivery time they tell you when they are coming with short notice, and the people on the phone are a joke to work with. Regret purchase.

I ordered a 20x26x8 ,they called and sett up delivery,day before delivery they called to cancel and reschedule for following day,they didn't show up for the install,i drove 400 miles from md to nc to meet them for the install,now they are saying I have to wait another 3 to 6 weeks.absolutly np consideration for the customer.apparently they have gotten too big.

If I could give zero stars I would. These people didn't show up 4 times in a row and it took months to finally get our carport. Then they didn't bring the braces with it. They refused to compensate for the lost time and trouble they caused us. DO NOT use this place!

I ordered a carport from Carports Central. I gave them a deposit. I get a phone call a week later from Carolina Carports to set up the install. It was for June 23 which was a Friday. They called two days before the date and stated that due to rain the are behind schedule and can not make it until the next day. I was going on vacation that day and could not have it install without me being there. While I was on vacation that week they called. My daughter called them back because I was unable to call on my vacation. They stated that they would not be able to install it until the week of July 17th. The next available date was July 21 after noon. I waited all day and no one showed. I get a phone call that night at 9:45pm. The person said they had truck problems and would have to reschedule and they would call me on Monday. Monday morning I called and now my install date is for July 31 or August 1st. I asked if they could make a special trip to install it and they could not. I am very upset because I had a $3000 lift install onto the slab where the carport is going and not it is sitting out in the rain for over three weeks.

HORRIBLE experience with Carolina Carports!! Buy your shed/garage/carport anywhere else!! We had our enclosed carport (converted to a large storage shed at a cost of over $3000) professionally installed by a sub contractor for Carolina Carports on 5/12/16. In January, 2017, after several days of heavy rain, we discovered that the roof was leaking, badly, damaging the items below. We immediately contacted the company. After several days of leaving unanswered e-mails and voice mail messages, we finally got a response that they would not cover any cost to have the subcontractor come back out or any repairs needed. This shed was only 8 months old and the company would not stand behind their product or installation. Run, don't walk, from buying anything from this company!
