DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!I purchased a two pairs of shoes from Carol Wright and when I checked my credit card 2 months later I noticed they had signed my up for a perks subscription at $14.95 per month and was charged twice already. I called customer service and they said they could direct me to someone that could resolve my dispute. When she transferred the call the line went dead TWICE!! I called and denied access to my credit card.

Received a damaged item. Requested a replacement and after 5 weeks, nothing arrived. Called back, was assured a replacement was coming. Instead, the company issued a refund. They charge 9.99 to refund items (they state its the cost of the return S&H). The item is only worth $20. Now they want to charge for another item, in order to get the original replacement. CSR don't speak English as a first language, making communication frustrating. Dr Leonard / Carole Wright has no concept of customer service. On hold for supervisor, and as expected, no one is picking up. Spoke to CSR's Vincent, Vinch, Ace, Shav and currently waiting on hold for supervisor Ralph, who seems to have picked up and placed me back on hold. I’ve been on hold for 25 minutes and Ralph isn’t picking up. At 26 minutes, call was disconnected by the company.

I recently had sexually explicit filth sent to me in their catalogue. I can't believe they sent that into my home with NO WARNING to people with children and grandchildren in their homes. This is beyond disrespectful and decent. I just ended my account with them.

I was a first time customer when I placed and order for All in one gold curtains. They sent me taupe. I returned them and they verified the return. Said it would take up to 7 days to get the replacement. I didn't get them. Called back. Was told that the person I had talked to market as a refund,but because they didn't have my bank account info,they couldn't! I said I wanted my curtains,not a refund. They said it would be 7-10 business days. Still didn't get them. Called back. Was told my order has been rejected. Said they could send the curtains but would need my bank info. I said they were already paid for. Then I requested a refund. Said it would take 3-5 days. But,she didn't need my bank info. Weird! I asked to talk to her supervisor who acted like she couldn't hear me and hung up. I filed a report to the Better Business Bureau. I will keep an eye on my bank account and if Carol Wright Gifts doesn't do the right thing,including responding to the BBB,(which they aren't required to do),I will contact the State Attorney General.

Warning to people calling to place an order My mother in law made a purchase by phone to carol wright and dr Leonard for 1 item each and every week was charged $24.99 until we caught it. After phoning them we got nowhere had to cancel card and never received money back.Its a shame that they take advantage of seniors like that.

I purchased items from them. Amount was right. Items was right. But couple days later. Another purchase showed up they was not authorized

Not too long ago, I ordered a couple of things from carolwright.com, and I have noticed that someone from this company tried to charge thirty some dollars from my account, all it stated the name carol wright, and the amount that whoever was trying to charge from my account, and my bank told me that my card was being compromised, so I called the company about this problem, and the payment did not go through. I was aware of how much I charged on the other orders, because I had record of it. Then when the second product arrived, it was the wrong product, sent it back, right product was sent to me, wrong size. I just decided to unsubscribe from this company as well as Dr. Leonard's, because they are both from the same company. I just don't want to order from a company like this who tries to use my card on extra charges for their benefit who ever it was, and to put up with receiving wrong products, or wrong sizes, so, I unsubscribe from this company. I have never had any problems like this with any company that I have ordered from except this one. I can understand sometimes mistakes happen, but it would seem to me that people would make an effort to send the right products, and the right size the first time, and if they ran out the this particular size they should of sent me an email.

I ordered shoes in wide. They were pretty but not wide even though shoes were labeled as wide. Also the free gift umbrella was broken, did not open properly. Don't order from this company, their products are inferior.

I ordered some things thinking since they ship with FedEx that the order would come within a few days. I ordered early in April and I still haven’t gotten my order. I called customer service they they said 7-10 business days so my order is still stuck somewhere. They didn’t ship by FedEx but that’s what the tracking number says.They sent this order by USPS. That totally misrepresents what the tracking says. There no delivery date for my order so I feel like I will never get this stuff. I spent $120 on this and may never get it. DON’T SHOP CAROL WRIGHT GIFTS.

BEWARE ! Bait and switch !!! I was making an order online from Carol Wright when I saw a top set that caught my eye. I wear a 3x and the price was $9.99 on the screen when I brought it up. Great! I already had 5 items in my cart and was getting ready to add 3 more at this price! Put in the color, then put in 3x for the size and up pops a $24.99 price!!! The $9,99 price I saw on the item description was listed as the plus size price!! Had I been ordering without paying attention to the details, I may have paid 2 1/2 times the listed price for the top set ! SO, I called the 800 number. Talked to a man the first time. When all he did was run me around in circles, I asked to talk to a supervisor. I was "on hold" 10 min. and no one came back on the line. I CALLED AGAIN ! Talked to a woman who ran me around in the SAME circles and she told me "there wasn't a supervisor working at this time". BULL PUCKY !! I know better !!! Needless to say I cancelled the entire order and thank heaven I found out about this before ordering ANYTHING from this company!! I won't deal with companies like this. Carol Wright is an underhanded company that uses bait and switch tactics and doesn't provide customer service of a supervisor when asked for. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered a shopping cart with wheels and it fell apart after one use, plus the wheels were stationary making it very difficult to maneuver. I really can’t blame them as they probably didn’t make the cart, but when I called about returning it the lady was less than helpful. There catalog says their products are 100% guaranteed but looking at the small print they are going to deduct $9.99 for return shipping plus I had to purchase a box for it. Overall not a good experience and I will not be ordering from them again. And now I’ll have to worry if they are going to take that monthly fee out of my bank like all the other reviews talked about.

This company customer service reps are the worst I've encountered. Not only did they leave off part of my order they didn't know how it was gonna be shipped. They were rude & putting my call on mute to keep from helping me by pretending to have a bad connection. I spent hrs trying to find where my order was by calling around to different delivery services.
I will never use them again & let them know this.

Watch out and beware. I've ordered from them 3 times and paid my bill off. All transactions have been the same , nothing new except the purchases. This time I've been getting charged for perks at 14.95 a month and had no idea. Nothing on my account says anything about Perks or my billing history for it. This is sneaky thievery. Heres the number to cancel it 18887408170. I paid for this twice without knowing and they stil have me charged for this month after I called and complained. I'll be contacting the Better Business Bureau. They don't even deserve one star.

I will never do business with them again put me into a club that I didn't sign up for. They said they shipped out a nightgown but in fact it never came to my house. I had to track them down for two and a half months they kept on taking out money of my banking account when I never received anything finally I got one robe that I ordered I called to find out if the other one was coming and they said it's on his way. I called FedEx and they said that it was supposed to be by my house January so Lost package. I will never ever deal with them again there customer service people are the worst. In fact I'm just thinking of starting a class action suit against them for the fraudulent business that they practice.

I ordered multiple items early October 2020. I received items, no problems but then noticed 2 charges for $14.95 on my checking account ~ 10/26 & 11/27. Found out that apparently I subscribed to their perks program for free shipping which is monthly charge of $14.95. I think I would remember if I signed up for this but have found out companies like to sneak these charges in. Very upset, disappointed in this co & don’t plan to ordering from them again.

I placed an order on January 20,2021. I received a letter February 4, 2021 stating they could not charge my credit card due to billing address and address didn’t match. Called bank and was informed that the address had been changed to our AZ address (snow birds) I called and corrected the problem and still never received order confirmation as according to them, my e mail was incorrect (it was not) I then called again a got ahold of someone with very poor English and even though letter sent said to send check, was told they didn’t accept checks. This has been the most infuriating company I ever dealt with. Let’s see if check works, If not will add my complaint to BBB.

FIVE months I waited for a $14.99 pair of pants! Every time I contacted customer, they told me new dates of arrival, none of which occurred. No apology, no coupon compensation and one CS hung up on me. Tracking number “froze” in Oleatha, Ks For 10 days. Finally the pants arrived. Never again. CW is associated with Dr Leonard- won’t order from either ever. Five month wait!!!!

DO NOT BUY OFF THESE SCAMMERS! They offer items that are NOT really available. When you call to cancel what they call 'backordered' they will harass you and try saying they never charged you when in fact they did! They also automatically sign you up for Perks account and steal $15 without telling you. They have a separate number for this scam. They also sneak emails about it under spam mail. Mean scammers! No products available!! Theft!!! Steer Clear!!!!
