Review summary

Based on reviews, created with AI

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the payment process, encountering faulty machines that wouldn't accept payment or incorrectly registered details, leading to unexpected fines. Customers also frequently reported issues with claims, as appeals were often unsuccessful despite evidence of payment, and some felt the charges were unjustified. The pricing was a significant concern, with many receiving disproportionately high fines even after paying or attempting to pay. Some people were dissatisfied with the staff, describing them as unhelpful and difficult to deal with, particularly when trying to resolve payment or appeal issues. Additionally, some customers found the location information ambiguous, leading to confusion about where to park or how to pay correctly.

Scammers

Scammers. paid on the day in the car park on the dodgy machine then got a bill just after the deadline to pay a cheaper charge. Scummy, sewer dwelling business practices. Been driving over 30 years - never been ripped off like this before. Avoid at all costs.

Scam Artists..

They tell you that you can appeal, but you still have to pay the fine.
Then tell you that you can't appeal as you have paid the fine!

Whilst taking my elderly Father to Hospital. Parked in a disabled bay with a registered blue badge yet still got a fine..
Called them to try and sort the issue out, got told I could appeal but told I had to pay first..
Then, I was told I couldn't appeal as I had already paid!
Just a good business model to scam people by giving conflicting information

Not at all appealing…

I heard today that I had an appeal rejected on the grounds that CPP could not determine that an attempt to pay had been made. I wonder CPP came to this conclusion, given that I had told CPP the machines were faultly and would not accept payment, and that I had no phone with me. CPP must ensure that machines are maintained properly, to prevent people like me being punished for their incompetence/negligence/laziness-take your pick.Notice - 429408/788917

Total scam

Total scam. took my very ill husband to a & e PAH Harlow on boxing day, parked and paid-proof from bank account sent, but they said paid in 'wrong machine ' the wrong reg entered- all the while proof of full payment on my bank statement.
Unfortunately when frequent visitors no option but to use these scammers, no receipts given so difficult to folow up. Had to accept to pay a further £20 ( pensioners) to avoid court proceedings and added stress.

Terrible parking company.

Terrible parking company.
If you have to use their car parks make sure you get and keep receipts for the long term (if their machines are printing one) take photos get proof you have paid.
Half the time the pay machines claim to have not registered your vehicle on entry, asking your time of entry along with a registration number before taking your money. This is then followed up with a £100 charge for failure to pay provided with the photos they claim not to have.
Obviously the system doesn't communicate the matching registrations.
On appeal they disregard any evidence and charge you anyway. No contact numbers no one to talk to.
This has happened twice to myself recently even with evidence of payment and others I am aware of.

Terrible as no number to call

Disappointing that there is no person to speak to with an issue.
Penalty notices are slow to come out and there is not a number to call to assist.
By the time the notice is received you may have received several more.
If you could actually speak to someone things may be resolved quicker.

This company is sh.t .

This company is really bad.
We got a parking fine, write on it we parking on the EV bay. We didn't. On the proof of pictures, they can't show us we parking on the EV bays. I paid the fine, and I want to ask them why I got the ticket... But I can't because don't have that option, no email address or phone number. Also I paid the parking when I arrived... Disgusting how they treated the people.

This company is a joke

This company is a joke. I received a PCN for non-payment; I provided a bank statement and receipt. They then asked for proof of Blue Badge, which I again provided. They then sent this letter;

"As a gesture of goodwill, we would like to confirm that this charge has now been cancelled and there is no outstanding payment due.
We understand that receiving a Parking Charge Notice may be inconvenient, however, issuing Parking Charges for breaches of the parking terms and conditions at this car park is necessary to ensure a better overall parking experience for all users of the facilities.
To avoid potential future inconvenience, we would kindly request you follow the parking terms and conditions displayed on the signage throughout the car park"

They are trying to pass the blame onto me somehow, when I parked, displayed Blue Badge, paid and left, correctly. I find their response insulting in the extreme.

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE
You have to wait for a good hour for a representative to meet you. When they appear it looks like they have just finished a shift mushroom picking. Communication is non existent. When they return the car, you will find it damaged. The representative will use other vehicles bonnets as office desk.
Communication from complaints non existent. In all fairness you are better off parking your car in the monkey enclosure at Longleat.

PARKING @ WALDGRZVE, HOSPITAL, COVENTRY

I parked at University Hospitals, Walsgrave, Coventry
I received 2 penalty notices for 2 separate supposed offences. I have evidence proving both charges are erroneous and had been paid.
My COMPLAINT IS THAT THIS MAJOR PUBLIC COMPANY DOES NOT DISCLOSE AN EMAIL TO CHALLENGE THEIR PARKING CHARGES.
All the information on portals, chat sites and web sites give incorrect RUBBISH INFORMATION…
It should be a legal requirements for ALL PARKING COMPANIES to make this information easily available

Blue Badge holder fined!

Dad recieved a fine as a BB holder. Apparently had parked on double yellow lines! Ground completely covered with leaves so not visible. This is clear from the photo they sent with the fine, as was the BB displayed on the dash. Has been appealed and another reminder sent. Having a seriously ill wife has added to the stress already being faced. Thieving gits 😡

Illegal operation

This company operates completely illegally. It issues PCNs with no clear evidence and rejects appeals with no valid evidence, knowing that the appeal is valid. I was issued and illegal PCN of £60 AND they also took my payment for the parking - a clearly displayed parking ticket that had not expired. It also is illegal also to take money for a ticket and to demand a fine for no parking ticket on top of that fee. Please can everyone experiencing the same also report them to trading standards as I am. It operates to make money this way as very few people bother to follow through disputes for the illegal PCNs. Disgusting dispicable lowlifes.

lowest of the low

they make purchasing a ticket as difficult as possible in hospital car parks where people are already stressed enough and provide machines they call kiosks and hidden rules so they can earn through fines. these people are the lowest of the low and if you work for them you should hold your head in shame and know that you are ripping people off. the world despises you and you will I expect one day learn the error

Scammers, DO NOT USE

Scammers! I parked for an initial 30 mins (which is free) then as I was staying for longer I purchased more hours on the app. I then received a parking notice which I appealed with proof of payment and details. The parking notice has been rejected and I still owe a £60.

I just think this is crazy when I PAID for parking.
How they think this is the right way to treat people is beyond me, especially for people who are visiting a hospital and have PAID for a parking ticket. Not my fault your APP is a load of shit.

Appalling Company

Received Letter Before Claim today for my wife parking in an Hospital Car Park in Essex visiting her very ill father - but we have proof of payment via Barclaycard statement.

No idea how they can get away with this.

Have written about possible Counter Claim for harrassment.

Shocking.

EDIT 13TH AUGUST 2025 - I have done some research at Companies House on this compnay - Publicly available on the Companies House web site. They hide themselves under 5 levels of complicated corporate structures - Eventually you end up with Macquarie European Investments Holdings Limitited - Australian Investment Bank Private Equity Fund! Not well known for their ethics, but well known for making a lot of money!
