We purchased Armstrong Verostone tile for our kitchen remodel. It looks just like ceramic tile, even grouted. But is not hard and easy to clean. The installer was very professional and did a beautiful job. He even finished the install on a Sunday so we would have our kitchen back.

Setting up service and picking out the materials was very easy. However, the contracted installers had a difficult time performing the job. It took several visits and 2 months after the initial install for it to be completed. Mix-matched colors, broken light fixtures, and late to service times were the problems I encountered. I will not use Carpet One again nor would I recommend it.

The owners were great but the installers were not easy to work with. Even though they came backed and fixed things after I complained, I'm sure there are better installers. Holes were left in my walls, my trim was messed up it was just a messy job. Make sure you ask for their best installers.
