This company is absolutely unbelievable I’ve payed over a £1000 for carpet the first appointment for fitting was cancelled the day before it was due to be fitted the second appointment they turned up with only 1 carpet instead of 2 and nothing to fit it with told me I had measured the room wrong when they only had carpet for a small passage way and not the lounge with that they got in their van saying they would phone Carpetright which they only done after I arrived at the store myself the attitude in store was like well it’s not my fault so now I’m paying rent for 2houses had 2 days off work and still can’t move I am so angry it’s unbelievable , excuses my system is down there’s nothing I can do

Very good service, not rushed or pressured, very helpful, differences between the carpets was explained well to aid in deciding on right carpet. Spoke to 3 different staff members and all were polite and helpful

John the assistant was very polite and helpful. The music in the store was quiet. I only had one small gripe, the waiting time for my carpet is 4-5 weeks. I didn't order a very unusual/expensive one and I was told they have plenty of stock, so I was expecting delivery in under 2 weeks. As this is not the fault of the store, I still gave 5 stars but top management should take note
