From our initial visit to your Bishopbriggs store through purchase following great advice from store personnel to carpet fittng which was carried out in jigtime and at promised day/time we can have no doubts where our next carpet buy will be. excellent service from start to finish. The service we received was pretty poor, we were over charged, the member of staff dealing with us couldn’t give a verbal breakdown of all the charges, we’ve since been back to the shop to seek clarity and he has refunded an amount that does not add up to the over payment, the online system to check the invoice doesn’t work despite his assurance that it would, we haven’t been able to access that at all, I have since been back to the shop a 3rd time to ask for a paper copy. Finally we agreed a date for fitting, arranged time off to be there for the works to be completed and later in the day receive an email stating that fitting would be carried out on a completely different date all together

Tim, our salesman was knowledgeable and was able to give information and guidance on our visit to the store. He arranged a visit from his colleague to check sizes and who also brought some samples as we were finding it difficult to choose between three very similar carpets. All arrangements were smooth. Happy with the service provided. Now just waiting for carpet to come into stock.

Felt a bit pressured into picking a carpet.
Had to give £100 deposit before fitter measured area.
Got the quote the next day.
These charges were added.
I was not informed about these charges by salesman.
Bit of a con so beware if your buying from Carpetright.

I will be moving house soon, and visited Carpetright in Bishopbriggs Glasgow this afternoon (in the company of family members) where I purchased carpeting for the new property.

Robert was immediately helpful and guided us to various samples, knowledgeable about the products and professional in answering our questions.

Despite my dithering over shades of red or should I go for mink (!) Robert remained pleasant and patient throughout. He combined a good balance between giving me time to consult with my family and offering his expertise, so that I was able to make a decision, with confidence, in a reasonable space of time.

I have no hesitation in recommending the Bishopbriggs store - excellent service from Robert, for which sincere thanks!
