Rob and John came to fit our bedroom carpet we and they remember coming to our old house to fit carpets. They were both brilliant and we are really happy with our bedroom carpet. We have lots more to fit and hope they come to fit them. Thank you both

Recently went in after calling about some carpets and was helped by a lovely young gentleman Amaan. He knowledgable and really nailed down the type of carpet for every room. Even though we didn’t purchase, we left with a much better idea of what we wanted.

The worst service I have ever experienced!!! Ordered my carpet and paid in full, computers went down which I understand isn’t carpet rights fault but not once did anyone ring me to inform me. Computers came back on the Monday not one person rung to inform me so Friday I rung them. Carpet not only the wrong colour but also the wrong size, how a company can get your order so wrong is beyond me!!! 5 weeks of it’ll be arriving soon, to absolutely no communication and to be honest lack of respect to the customer. After all that time we were promised it’ll be getting fitted to actually being left with a poor excuse that the manufacturer doesn’t have it in stock. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

Rob & John came to fit new carpets in all my rooms. Both excellent, the fit looks perfect, clean finish & both really easy to get along with.

Rob and John have fitted carpets through most of our house over the last two days. They have done a wonderful job. They were very efficient, cleaned up everything when they finished and we are really pleased with the result. Lovely lads, we would definitely recommend them.

Fitters (Rob & John) from Blackburn Store, were friendly, professional, excellent at their trade and easy to talk to Top quality fitting, worked well as a team and respected when we needed to join calls for work (working at home), keeping noise to a minimum. Tidied up at the end of the job and checked we were happy with the work before leaving. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Brilliant service , I'm really happy with the quality of the carpet . A big Thankyou to especially rob and John who came to fit the carpet . Very polite and professional . They went the extra mile with fitting the underlay throughout ! They also cleaned up and took all the rubbish with them . I would use carpetright again in the future.

Rang 20mins before arriving and arrived on time. Good fitting of carpet and cleaned up afterwards. Advised what to do if we had any problems
