Purchased a carpet from Carpetright Camden a few years ago for the stairs.

As soon as we fitted it there was a very unpleasant smell of what we thought was cat/mouse urine when we came in through the front door. (We have neither)

At first we did not make the connection, but once we did we thought never mind lets just have it professionally cleaned. How bad can it be ? Very bad, thats how bad. No matter how many times we have had the carpets professionally cleaned they still smell of cat, rat, mice urine!

Wherever they store the carpets obviously has an infestation.

Am i surprised that Carpetright are going into administration? NO

The process from consultation to installation was very straightforward. Carpetright staff (Fred) was very helpful and the entire process from consultation to fitting was a mere 6 days! The laminate fitters did an excellent job and I’m very pleased with the results.

Good customer service in shop. Assistant was helpful, friendly, and professional.
All aspects of the purchase from measuring, to fitting was dealt with relatively promptly.

Nusret has fitted our laminate flooring perfectly. He went above and beyond to have the perfect finish and was very kind and understanding with the only goal to make us happy. He is the best. We will definitely ask for him if we need to install floor again.

The team, Sarah and Fred, was brilliant! They helped us to choose the right carpet and underline, advised us with the measurements, and gave us useful suggestions. We felt welcome and looked after. Sarah made us feel like VP customers: she stayed with us until we finished with all our queries, she was engaged and supportive. Sarah was very professional and friendly. Thank you, Sarah, so much!

I received a visit from a home measure agent. He was very professional and I was tempted with his quote. I then received a call from Firoze from the Camden branch in London. He called to say that he had seen the plan that had been submitted but could help further. He sent me a very informative explanation by email and reduced the estimate somewhat. He also made arrangements for the carpet to be fitted on a specific day after I explained I was on a tight schedule to completing my makeover project. So far I couldn’t be more impressed with the Camden branch. I have used Carpetright numerous times in Kent and not received the same level of service that was provided by Firoze at Camden.

I can’t recommend the team at Carpetright Camden highly enough. From start to finish, Fred has been amazing. With Sarah, Rohan and Patrick (the carpetfitter) they have delivered outstanding customer service.
I was so happy with the initial consultation (with Fred instore), and then the home measurement and follow up calls) I had not one but two carpets.
They are a credit to your company. Thank you Fred and Sarah!

Nusret Bakiu & Co. have provided an excellent service and professional laminate fitting. They have completed to a high standard in one day which is amazing! The team are very friendly and got on with the job. Highly recommend!

Great service from Rohan in Cadent store. Helped me to go through options and guide me on the best carpet for my bedroom. Really appreciate it

Frederick was amazing at giving me great advice into the best carpet type I needed for my stairs, made the whole experience that I usually find very stressful easy and pleasant will definitely come back to him in the future

Absolutely perfect services at Camden carpetright, the store manager knows her stuff! Absolutely brilliant.

I have, on a few occasions, popped into the Camden branch, each time dealing with Sarah. Recently on Sunday 19th May where again she was polite, professional, friendly & very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I got our room dimensions wrong so called/emailed Sarah where it was no problem for her to redo all the measurements again (sorry!) LOL.

I’ve used Carpetright many times over the years and have always been quite impressed. I have to say that Sarah at the Camden branch has topped all of those experiences as she was so incredibly helpful and patient with us whilst we considered all the options. We’ve been back 3 times now for additional rooms and orders.

Fantastic service from Sarah at Camden Carpetright - guided us novices throughout and went out of her way to make sure we got everything we needed at a great price. Tadis our fitter was exceptional. Would recommend to family and friends.
