We visited to buy two carpets, the same design for 2 bedrooms. It should have been simple but the staff could not calculate it correctly and we ended up paying more than we had anticipated. It wasn't until we reviewed the invoice in the car outside that we realised the error. So we called back into store and they said they couldn't give a refund until the Monday.... eventually we got a phone call when we had left to say it had been rectified.

Very good service visited the store four times and always found the staff very pleasant and helpful . Shaun helped us to make our choice and was very knowledgeable about your products. Never felt pressured and was very easy to talk to .Would definitely recommend and return for any further purchase

Due to our particular circumstances, I had a very specific shopping list of needs; from colour to depth of pile, backing and cleanability.
When confronted with this and the reason for it, the staff at Carlisle branch went way beyond the extra mile and very swiftly narrowed down the possibilities to a choice of three.
In my ignorance, I was imagining that I'd need 5m width to cover three separate areas; the Surveyor worked his magic and decided it could be done with 4m width, saving me a useful chunk of change into the bargain. The icing on top was that the chosen carpet is currently half-price, so what I'd budgeted for - ca £6000 - is a done deal for just under £3000.
I can only hope that the manufacturer does as well with the production. I'm withholding the 5th star pending a satisfactory fitting, but have little doubt it'll be forthcoming.
I'm looking forward to having the job completed.

Bought carpet from Carpetright for our flat . Very nice reasonably priced carpets . Range of nice colours and got an excellent deal on carpet plus fitting. The store manager was very informative helpful and polite.

The service was good, but the shop forgot to inform the fitters not to call before 12 noon as I was working nightshift, they called at 10 am.
I was not impressed.
