Brilliant

Brilliant - I ordered our carpet and you came out the same day to measure up - which made my order even cheaper!! The carpets should be here in under 2 weeks - everywhere else I tried weren't able to fit for at least 6 weeks.

I can’t express how amazing my service…

I can’t express how amazing my service has been and today was a complete triumph!
Becca at the Chelmsford branch was amazing! She helped me choose a carpet that suited my needs and guided me through the choosing process via the internet during a difficult lockdown. Carpet and date chosen, my fitter arrived and the carpet promptly fitted with all excess cleared and taken. Fabulous quality for the cost that I paid and fitted remarkably quick considering the layout. The service from start to finish was exceptional and it all began with Becca. I would highly recommend Chelmsford branch for their attention to detail and support. I thought a carpet during lockdown would have been unachievable, but Becca promised and delivered a perfect carpet! Photos available and my house looks like a show home!
