Staff in the Carmarthen store were very helpful. Darren who came to our bungalow in Cardigan to measure up was excellent. We've delayed fitting due to other work taking place.

Anyone thinking of purchasing from this shop please take my advice and avoid at all costs. It is without exception the worst customer service I have ever received. After raising issues about a carpet that was too short and two other problems with the quality of the work in February I am still awaiting a response from Carpetright. Whilst fault lies with the quality of the fitting, it is the appalling attitude and flagrant incompetence of the staff in store that beggars belief. Please don't put yourself through the stress worry and upset that I have had to endure and shop elsewhere.

Very friendly, good customer service, lots of choices.

A member of staff came to measure our bedroom and mis measured it. Two weeks later the fitter turns up with the carpet and only then we find out it was wrongly measured.
Another two weeks have passed and the carpet hasn't arrived at the store, so it will be another two weeks at best.
No progress calls or apology.
Suggest checking the competency of your measuring staff to see if they can use a tape fo starters. Re-train staff on how to pick up the phone and talk to customers about where their order is.
Never again, it would be quicker to weave my own carpet!!!

There is a great choice of products in your Carmarthen store. Well displayed which makes each sample easily accessible. There is currently a very worthwhile sale at the store … which was a persuasive factor in our purchase.
Darren who came out to measure our areas to be carpeted was very personable, competent and knowledgable. As long as the carpet is ready for the fitter at the arranged date I will be very satisfied with Carpetright Carmarthen.

Received free samples of carpet tiles promptly and went into store to make further enquiries. Told tiles had to be purchased in boxes of 20 when they were priced individually online. This was disappointing as we needed 30 and would have to purchase tiles we didn’t need. Didn’t purchase. Went to another retailer that sold them individually.

Excellent service and advice in the showroom. This is not what you would get from an online company. It is important when buying flooring to be able to see and feel the product before purchase. I have bought all of my flooring for my home over the years, but if the local store closes, sadly I shall not be using the online service for further purchases.

Excellent service, very helpful pleasant experience

Had a great experience with Kevin from Carpetright in Carmarthen. Nothing was too much trouble and he fitted an extra carpet not even purchased from the shop. Communication was excellent and he even followed up with a text to check I was happy with his work.

We were taken care of by David. He was so nice and understood my situation of being in a wheelchair.
We at first were thinking of having linoleu, but we were also on a tight budget. David showed us some flat pile carpet, anything thick I would find it very hard to move across.
David also arranged for the carpet fitter to come in next Tuesday, week.
