The staff was helpful, patient, understanding and did everything to help so we did not leave empty handed even though we were there for over an hour. She helped us to understand the measurements to be sure it was right and ensured we got everything we asked for

Dissatisfied!
Just had carpets fitted. The fitters were great. Thanks. They fitted the carpets and vinyl quickly and it looks great. No problem there.
My only issue with the entire process is with the carpet measurements! There should have been no joints. I now have 3 rooms with joints. Granted the rooms are big and have odd angles....but surely an experienced carpet measurer would have got it right! I accepted the carpets as I can not wait afford to wait for new correct size carpets to be ordered.
Please make sure that the person who takes the measurements is competent.

Carpetwrong!!!! Completely unimpressed. Fitters who turned up were great but whole system awful. First no one turns up. Then impossible to speak to anyone at Charlton except an answer machine. Finally got through to customer service. At 11:00 carpet hadn’t even been cut at warehouse. Fitters arrive ridiculously late. We expected them at 8:30/ 9:00am. Still here are 6pm and said they had hours more work until past 8pm. Had to ask them to leave and finish the job the next day. Would not recommend this company AT ALL. Awful. Avoid.
