First Class Service
Customer service was very good and everything I requested was catered for. The carpet fitter was on time, he was very polite and very professional in fitting the carpet. Not only was the carpet fitted well but he also took all the off cuts away and hovered up all other mess from fitting. First class fitter and totally recommend.

Great personal, attentive and understanding service
We approached Carpetright with only two weeks notice of new tenants moving our house. They were professional and moved quickly, were able to offer us a cancellation slot and were very thorough about managing our time expectations and the choice that would be available to us at such short notice - which was fine. Andy, the Cheltenham store manager was very good and the fitters excellent. They basically made it happen!
