If you need carpet, go and see Rowan
I recently ordered laminate and carpet from Tapi Chester. Rowan is a credit to the company and couldn’t have been more accommodating. I popped in a week prior to ordering to look at some samples and when I came back with my partner he remembered our conversation and what I was after. The price, finance options and organisation of fitting has all been seamless. If you visit Tapi Chester, ask for Rowan.

From the moment we walked in the door…
From the moment we walked in the door Simon was really helpful. He advised us on the standard of carpets we were looking at and was really knowledgable, also suggesting we took samples outside to check in different lights. He priced up several options for us, making recommendations for underlay too. Great experience and thoroughly recommend.

Excellent customer service
Service was brilliant from start to finish. We had to sort a carpet for my mother and needed to sort it in 2 weeks. We went to Chester store and saw Paul who advised us on the best carpet, underlay and grippers. The surveyor Darren came to the house and we went through everything. He suggested some improvements based on the measurement and we’ve gone ahead. Great customer service
