Whilst Angela was very pleasant, their policy on not giving a receipt for customers not wishing to divulge their personal details is disappointing.

Being told the items are then non returnable and refundable because of the lack of proof of purchase you refuse to offer is outrageous. You can return items to any retailer if you can prove your purchase i.e. bank statement.

Please dont mislead your customers.

Angela and Emma provided a first class, helpful and professional service, with a choice of carpets to match any competitors selection. With the added bonus of an interest free deal, Carpet Right are an obvious best option for a lot of people.

Kevin, at the Cramlington store was so helpful, helped me pick out a carpet (lighting wasn't the best in the showroom) he went through a range of best options based on the room and possible wear, but wasn't too pushy. He was able to arrange delivery within a week.

I went to buy a bed the assistant was very helpful and provided me with information on the different types then left me to browse after my decision made paperwork completed . I have purchased from this store before and been very happy with service certainly recommend .

We visited the Cramlington store and were served by Angela. She remembered us from a previous visit over a year ago which was a nice personal touch. Although it was only a small purchase this time she was very friendly and helpful, explaining options and making it as easy as possible for me to decide.

The salesman Alex was brilliant, very good knowledge of the flooring and procedures of how it is fitted. Took a little while to get the cost sorted out because they could not get information on the internet.

The sales woman was very knowledgeable. She assisted in organising a carpet fitter. She was very nice. The whole experience was seamless.
