They did my house flooring and special thanks to Kiran she suggest me the best material ever I am really happy after I purchase that and the staff is really nice especially Kiran big thanks to her for the perfect product.

I was immediately noticed and escorted to what I was shopping for then after choosing I was helped carrying the 3 foot roll to my car and helped assessing whether all was safe to drive

Kiran at the Crawley store was extremely helpful in assisting us to make our carpet choice. Allowed us to place several samples at the front of the store where we could see the colour in proper daylight. We were then able to place our order in confidence. Excellent customer service from Kiran throughout the process.

Sadly we are now caught up not knowing what's going to happen with Carpetright but our order is now in stock at Crawley and will hopefully be fitted as scheduled. Just hope the current situation gets resolved for staff and customers alike. In the meantime, from our experience Kiran has been an absolute star!

We’ve had the worst service at Carpetright Crawley. When we placed our order for LVT flooring systems showed the flooring was available. However over 6 weeks late we still didn’t get our flooring. As a result of waiting we’ve had to pay our builder a daily fee to keep him on sight as the flooring was the last thing to fit in preventing him from taking on additional work. Carpetright has refused to compensate us for our loss as the Regional Manager has said it’s part of the T&Cs that they take no responsibility. This has been the worst supplier we’ve dealt with when renovating our house!

I visited the Horsham branch to check out a particular brand of rug - unfortunately it wasn't available to view. The assistant there identified where it was in stock - so I visited the Crawley branch. There, Tina was most helpful. She was unable to order it for me (web purchase only?) but despite the fact that she wouldn't receive any commission from the sale, was so helpful in getting my order placed.

Unfortunately, the carpet we wanted had an extremely long wait time, have chosen one we can get easily. Would be helpful to have wait times on the information boards.
