Avoid at all costs…
I specifically asked For carpet and flooring that would match a gold and white house I was given a quote based on previous measurements on file as I have used carpet right for many years I picked an LVT flooring via email and the representative put the LVT flooring on grey carpet to prove to me that it was not grey. I have attached that image to this review. When the flooring came, it was in fact grey I called the carpet right and asked for a new flooring that was not grey. L They refused the new flooring and they also refuse to give me a refund. Furthermore when the fitter inspected my house they also said they wouldn’t be able to do both of the bathrooms which I had already paid for in full so I refused the service. I have requested a refund on more than three occasions and have an email thread where the manager is lying and having short term memory loss to save himself from head office.
Luckily, I have an email thread and recorded conversations but want to put this out to other so they do not buy from carpetright as since going into administration they are desperate for any penny.

Carpet was the right piece and colour for me.
My experience was great. I will recommend it to my friends. The prices were right for me. The location was great for parking. Alan was the one who served me on the day. He was very patient and made me feel welcome.

Carpets for bedrooms, living room and study
We have recently bought our carpets for two bedrooms, our living room and study from CarpetRight in Croydon. The shop’s layout is great for navigating the large variety of carpet options available in terms of colour and quality. The clear labels above each type made it even easier to go through choices in a stress-free manner. We were greeted by Alan who was our sales advisor throughout the process. Alan was very helpful, professional, and happy to answer all our questions. He explained the differences for the carpets and underlays that were right for our circumstances and he booked a surveyor to confirm the room dimensions quickly. We were able to take 5 samples home and see how they looked in our home under different light throughout the day which was very helpful to ensure we made the right decision. Compared to all other major and local stores to us we visited, we felt that CarpetRight was very good value for money. Our helpful, knowledgable and sincere advisor Alan made our experience stress-free. Thank you CarpetRight Croydon, we look forward to having our carpets fitted soon. Tania and Dom
