Awful terrible store
Awful terrible store. Shocking after sales. The store sent me a letter a month ago saying the manager would personally visit with a carpet fitter to inspect a poorly fitted carpet. They asked for our availability and then never came back to us. Just another in a long line of poor communication experiences from this store which have lasted months with the issue still not resolved. I dream of trading standards paying them a visit.

Really doesn’t even rank 1* dreadful service unless you are prepared to chase every aspect of your purchase avoid this store
I purchased a bed which arrived with a hole in mattress bed assembled wrong leaving large holes in base after 3 so called deliveries (all incorrect) delivery drivers with filthy hands leaving dirty marks on base & mattress I’d had enough told them to remove and refund still waiting for refund after 8 days zero customer satisfaction

Good choice of carpet with good advice and help from assaistant
Easy to find type and cloud of carpet I needed. Good help instore. Once chosen it was a straightforward process to get estimate.
What also helped was that the lovely lady helping me found the wooden flooring I already had in the hallway which facilitated choice of colour.

Charged to replace defective carpet - two months later and still not credited
Had a carpet fitted in December.
Noticed it had a line in it, so Carpetright agreed to replace at their cost - but then charged £460 to my credit card!
Queried it with the local store, was told that it was an error and would be refunded, but nearly two months later nothing has been done and they are now ignoring me completely.
Awful service, will not use again!

If I could give a zero star review I…
If I could give a zero star review I for definitely would. We ordered a bed from yourselves and was told a set price for head board base and ottoman storage to then only recieve the base with ottoman and no headboard to then find out that headboard wasn't even put on for delivery so it leaves us with pretty much half a bed for the set price we was given. Absolutely disgusting staff at Dartford store they need proper training as we have had nothing but lies thrown at us and the rudeness towards my partner has been a whole new level.

Disappointed with the change to delivery date by 4 weeks!
I had trouble paying for my carpet as your system could not process my all4one vouchers then I when I eventually sorted the problem myself by contacting alk4one as you were not getting a response I booked my carpet for delivery 28/2 then got a call to say it couldn’t be done until 28/3 as the carpet wasn’t available so I am now sleeping on my sofa for the next month and a half which I really feel is unacceptable
Update 5/3 had zero communication from carpet right regarding the above issue so again very disappointed in their customer service will anyone ever contact me!

Trevor was the person who visited my property to give me timely, excellent, profesional, friendly, guidance & complete understanding of my budget.
When I went in to the branch to check the carpet I wanted the staff in there were friendly.
I would recommend & would definitely purchase again from this branch if I were to get the same great level of service.
